Don't touch these guys!
Ordered 6 large framed canvas pictures 2 Dec, promised gteed delivery 16 Dec in time for Xmas.
4 frames arrived damaged. Packed well, but poor (really poor!) quality of frames meant they had to be re-ordered.
Missed Xmas by a mile, arrived 22 January.
Requested refund which was refused, instead offered a discount on next order.
There won't be a next order!

Child's bike ordered 1.30pm and delivered at home 9.00am next day.
Live tracking of delivery, driver (Toni) even called 15 mins before to ask if the bike was supposed to be a surprise, so that the birthday girl could be taken upstairs during delivery.
Excellent, very personal service.
Oh - and an excellent price!

I ordered an AVM FRITZ!Box 5590 router and paid £8.39 extra for "Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS)", there were “200 in stock”.

After confirming the order and taking my payment, they then advised the item was not in stock, that it had to come from Germany, and that it would take “10 days max to deliver”.

It took 17 days to deliver (not the 24hrs promised), repeated emails asking for tracking updates went unanswered, I had to ask them 3 times to refund the £8.39 24hr courier charge, and when they eventually did refund me, they refunded 3p short! Petty, pathetic?

In summary:
They lied about having the item in stock.
They lied about “Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS) £8.39”
They then lied about “10 days max to deliver”.
They failed to keep me updated with tracking information despite repeated requests.
After requesting 3x they eventually refunded me the shipping charges, 3p short.

Would I recommend these people? I think NOT!!

Note: The item is still listed on their website, they now say they have “300 in stock”, and they are still offering “Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS) £8.39”

How many other items are they lying about?

Item ordered on UK website which later turned out to be a front for a German website.

"Delivery to GB in: 3-7 workdays" highlighted in green on UK webpage.

"Shipping Partners: DHL, UPS & FedEx" also highlighted on UK webpage.

But instead order shipped from Netherlands using PostNL.

Estimated delivery now 60 days, not the "3-7 workdays" promised on the UK webpage.

Even the 60 days is not guaranteed.

Requested cancellation of order and a refund - refused.

Have had to claim a refund through my credit card.

Definitely do NOT touch these people.

I had bees that had entered a wall cavity through a brick air vent. Prompt same day response, pleasant technician, job well done.

Shipping details are confusing.
I placed an order for an item with "next working day delivery service".
When I chased the tracking details the next day, it turns out that my item would be delivered in "6-9 working days".
I cancelled the order and received a full refund.

They would not replace my windscreen at my home address. They gave me a 3-hour window to complete the job, I had to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours, they made no effort to speed my job up, the car was still outside the workshop over an hour after I had delivered it, they knew I had no option but to sit and wait. Not even a coffee machine in the waiting room. I was made to feel that my insurance company was their customer, not me. If I had the choice, I would not have gone to Autoglass.

Good price, easy to use website.

Booked 15-seater minibus, they delivered a very old, high mileage, dirty & rusty vehicle, worn tyres.
Had no choice but accept as I needed to transport wedding guests the next morning.
They collected it 2 days late, despite my numerous calls and emails.
Three weeks after collection, they emailed saying they are charging me £90 valet service, in view of "dirty" state vehicle was returned.
I had the vehicle for 4 days during the hot, dry weather, there was no rain or mud to dirty the vehicle. And since when do you have to return a hire vehicle washed and clean?
Despite my objections (driver who collected the vehicle confirmed that all was in order), all my emails went unanswered.
Had to claim £90 refund through my Amex card.
Also, the £750 deposit should have been refunded immediately after vehicle was returned.
Four weeks after vehicle returned, and despite many emails and phone calls, all unanswered, I had to claim a refund through my Amex credit card again.
Amex were brilliant, but I question why they keep these people on their books.
These guys are bandits.

Item ordered 2 June for delivery 3-5 days.

No tracking details ever sent, I sent 5 (Five!) emails over 10 days asking for tracking updates, NONE of them answered. I also called 3 times, no information given, said they would look into my order and advise, but they didn’t.

I threatened to report the company as a FRAUD to my credit card company.

On 17 June (15 days after initial Oder) they advised that my order had been lost, that they would “release the refund in a few days”.

I have very little confidence that I will be refunded.

Do NOT deal with these people, you have been warned!

Excellent product, good price, fast shipping.

Dreadful, I stupidly tried to buy something online before reading the Trustpilot reviews.
