I do not recommend using this site

I asked for a refund after getting a bit worried about the site. The reviews weren’t great and the website itself felt off. Their social media links didn’t even work. They just led to error pages, which made it feel even less trustworthy.

There was no way to cancel the order through the website either. You had to email them directly, which didn’t feel very secure or professional.

Instead of handling the refund properly, the seller replied with a really snarky message. No apology, no explanation, just rude.

Luckily I paid with PayPal, so I raised a concern with them. Without that, I don’t think I would have gotten my money back at all.

The way they responded confirmed I made the right choice. If this is how they treat customers with genuine concerns, I wouldn’t trust them at all. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

This is a complete scam. Our order never arrived. We tried to email and call them, neither phone or email exist. So I went to their address in Bradford, they don't exist - I spoke to the other businesses at the address and nobody had ever heard of them. Luckily our bank refunded our money.

Not great. I didn't receive any tracking info, it just turned up after 10 days from UPS with no warning. I did try to call the number on the website but that didn't exist.

Bought 50inch LG TV, arrived quickly with no problems. I contacted customer service as I was concerned about the legitimacy of the website. They replied with both e-mail and phone which put my mind at ease. It was cheaper than than anywhere else. I was very happy with my purchase.

What I ordered never arrived no communication at all with their customer support, phone does not get answered. I went through AMEX to get money back thankfully. Do not use this company.

AVOID this company. They completely ignore your emails and phone calls. Out and Out worst company. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Look at all the other poor reviews as well.

Ordered a Logitech Mouse from ComputersDeal.co.uk. Confirmation was received then... nothing happened. No shipping notification, nothing was delivered. 3 weeks after I started to email and call the customer service. As you can imagine, emails were not replied, calls were not even picked up. When I chatted with Paypal and they provided me their registered email and suggested me to email them before taking further actions. Should I call the police?

This website on the 7th of September, received a confirmation email to say when my item was dispatched they would let me know, this would be within 7-10 working days. I still haven’t received the parcel, I have emailed a few times all have been ignored, I have rang the number and no one answers. Avoid this company if you don’t want to lose money!!

These guys just skim money off the back of other sellers. The moment you have an issue, they want nothing to do with you. I'd avoid scam sites like this at all costs.

No no no......no returns info on webpage.......no answering phone calls....no answering emails......

Ordered 10 items and 6 were dispatched with tracking and arrived as they should. The other 4 still haven't been sent a month later, I've emailed 3 times over 2 weeks with no response. I've now opened a charge back with AMEX for none delivered items, then a day later the other 4 are marked as dispatched with no tracking. Still had no response either.

DO NOT believe their shipping times and now DO NOT believe they'll send you items or even respond to you.

If they are this hard to deal with when buying an item and getting it delivered I'm at a loss as to how they would be if you actually had a fault with an item a few months down the line.

If I can give you some advise it would be to shop anywhere else and AVOID them at all costs.
