Easy ordering, super fast delivery - great!

I love my Duronic airfryer and customer service has always been great. I wanted to replace the 2 smaller draws and a quick email and it was all sorted. Nothing wrong with the older draws just they were well warn and I’d dropped one. It’s like having a new airfryer.

The model of Blood Pressure machine that I bought years ago has always been very reliable . My father needed his own machine and I was delighted to find the exact model is still available because he already knows how to use it. As they say , "if it ain't broke why change it."

A very good buy, the only fault I have found is the cooking simbles instructions are absent and the comment was to download the instructions on line, after trying this method I haven't been able to do this Duronic if you read this please explain?

J’ai eu un très mauvais contact avec le SAV qui ne prend pas en charge les demandes.

Purchased a Duronic double hotplate two months ago and used it once to twice a week and cleaned it after every use but it started rusting, corroding and lumps flaking off in this time. Contacted Duronic but very slow to reply, Managed to get a full refund from the retailer to which i purchased it from well before i finally got a reply from Duronic. Shan't be buying anything with their brand name on again.

Delivered quickly, was easy to install, and met my needs perfectly.

Quick service, robust product, right size for a small lounge

Great product, which I'm more than happy with and would recommend.
Only downside? The assembly instructions. Drawings can be very hard, for me, to understand and it took longer than necessary to figure out which way the parts needed to be assembled.

I make yoghurt every week.

This is the 2nd yoghurt maker I have bought, the first one purchased in August '20 and the second in November '23. Both have failed, the latest one is cooking the yoghurt, so the yoghurt is far too thick , cracked and dry, I suspect the heater has failed.

I tried contacting duronic but as I didn't order from, but Amazon, them I can't complete the enquiry forms.

So I now have yet another yoghurt maker to go to the recycling centre and the jars to landfill.

A disgrace the machines only last for a few years

Ordered an adaptor for my parents blood pressure machine. I was expecting delivery to take a couple of days. But surprisingly it arrived the following day, in less than 24hrs. Great product. Great delivery.

Unfortunately at this moment in time, I am Unable to provide a Review of the Ordered Items, as Although I have Received an Email from Royal Mail saying they Received the said Items here in Plymouth on Wednesday 29th October and said that delivery would be made on Thursday 30th, between 11.35am and 3.35pm. As of yet (Saturday 1st), We are Still awaiting Delivery???

A empresa DuronicEU vendeu-me um produto,através da Amazon.es, enviou-me o produto pela empresa de entrega de mercadorias UPS, a empresa não entrou em contacto comigo, e não entregou o artigo,desde o dia 02-10-2025.Fiz a reclamação porque a empresa nunca chegou a entregar o artigo, e pedi a devolução do dinheiro, a empresa DuronicEU, respondeu-me que só devolverá o dinheiro depois da UPS devolver o artigo, entretanto ,eu paguei o artigo, não recebi e fiquei sem o dinheiro.
