These guys are simply the best! I recently upgraded to Full Fibre 900 with Digital Voice, the whole process went through smoothly, and when I did need some help setting things up they were there to hold my hand. Rob and Alexi in particular were brilliant.

Booked parcel to be collected by DPD from my home 29 Jan for shipment to France, delivery promised 2 Feb. DPD never showed up, no emails from either ParcelHero or DPD, could not communicate with PH. Took parcel 30 Jan to local drop off (despite COVID restrictions), still no communication from PH. Since 1 Feb ParcelHero tracking says parcel "Delayed at Hub, Return to Consignor). Numerous emails to ParcelHub asking for an update are replied with "be patient there is a large backlog". ParcelHero agent Tushar Sharmar will not escalate my case to a supervisor, they will not allow me to talk to anybody by phone, and will only give me a postal address to write a complaint letter which they say will take 14 working days to reply. And I still don't have my parcel (18 Feb). DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Very poor service. Like others have mentioned, two days after placing my order I received an email saying that my address was wrong. There was nothing wrong with my address. Why do they do this? There then followed 5 days of chasing my order, with patronising replies from customer services - "it's on its way, be patient". There are plenty of other suppliers, don’t use these guys.

I have been with Zen Internet for several years; their service is EXCEPTIONAL!! Their Technical Support Team treat you as a personal customer, they take 'ownership' of your case and rectify matters very quickly. I recently had a line fault which was difficult to locate. Zen persevered with BT Openreach, got them to find the location and get it fixed. Richard Johnson, Technical Support Services Consultant at Zen, personally owned my case from start to finish, took interest in my case, and helped with other suggestions and issues. Excellent, could not recommend these guys more. 10/10!
