This company have a good range of bike accessories in stock.

I’d never used the bike shop before i found it on my way home.
I booked to have a rack fitted to my Brompton
I asked them to look at a couple of other things.
Not only did they do a great job fitting rack but the fixed my other little jobs for no charge.
A week later I had a problem with the gears which they fixed in minutes for no charge.
I can highly recommend this shop.
I’m not an expert or professional bike rider I’m just a bloke that rides a little.

Great product, good price, fast delivery

The service was as usual great, with a lot of care and appreciation for my bike. One irritating niggle though, with booking:

When I brought the bike in, I discovered that the booking I had made was for a drop-off slot, not the actual service. This makes it impossible to plan ahead, as you don't know when you book how long you might have to wait for the actual service.

The chain I bought was £3-4 more expensive than a shop in the same road was selling it.

Great helpful knowledgeable showroom staff at Gatwick.

Web site all easy to use and produce range good . And delivery was faster than originally projected.

Great communication from Balfes and the courier. I had ordered mudguards, which came fitted to the bike which was a bonus and saved me job. The only disappointment was the gears had not been set up properly, so I had to do them myself so deducted a star for that.
