Given all the latest very negative… it weant well for me
Given all the latest very negative reviews, I was scared and tried to cancel the order, but you only have 30 minutes to do it, which is too short and customers should be allowed at least one hour. Still, I was pleasantly surprised that communications was good, and regular messages informed me on my order's progress, delivery was pretty quick and I got the right products in good condtion. So, al in all, I am relieved and satisfied.

Returned item lost in transit – account blocked and no support
I am leaving this review after a very frustrating experience with Parfumdreams.
My order number is: 155071326 which arrived later than expected. As it was intended to be a gift and was no longer needed, I contacted support through their live chat. The chatbot processed a prepaid return label and provided instructions on how to send the order back for a refund.
I returned the parcel about a month ago. The tracking initially showed some movement, but then it stopped updating. I contacted the courier, Evri, who advised that because it was the merchant’s return label, Parfumdreams would need to investigate the issue.
When I contacted Parfumdreams, they asked me to complete a form and said they would get back to me. After more than a week with no response, I contacted them again and was told the matter would be escalated.
The next day I received an email from Parfumdreams stating: “we would like to inform you that your customer account has been blocked. This measure was initiated due to irregularities identified during our internal security audit, which indicate possible fraud.”
This was extremely confusing because I legitimately paid for the order and returned it using the prepaid return label generated by their own system. If the order was supposedly fraudulent, it makes no sense that I would return the item using their official return process.
Evri has since confirmed that the parcel appears to be lost in transit and advised me again to contact the merchant, as they are responsible for the return label. However, Parfumdreams have refused to help, investigate the issue further, or issue a refund.
At this point I am left without the product and without my money. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope the company will review this situation and resolve it appropriately.

Not even worth 1 star. A terrible company who do not respond to customers trying to find out where their parcels are. Instead they send copious messages asking me to give a review. So here is a review - do not touch them. They take your money and do not send the product and then then don't engage when customers ask for help. I will not be using this company again.
To reply to the message left below by the company. I have contacted the contact details three times and still no parcel and no resolution. This again is an automated response. The lack of actual people looking into customer orders results in seriously poor customer service. This response is not good enough and simply for public show.

I’m very disappointed with my experience using this store I had purchased two perfumes as a gift for my father I was never notified when it was on the way and it got left in a random bin without me asking them to leave in a safe place I had contacted them regarding this and there taking no responsibility atall claiming them and the courier have declined my claim even though there is clear proof of wrong doing now I’m £250 down and no present for my father as he has a particular taste in perfumes I suggest everyone who is thinking to use this site to save your money or shop elsewhere I have done what you asked on your reply and your team is very unhelpful they are saying they cannot do anything even though there is clear proof of wrong doing my order number is 155206286 even the courier has said I should get a replacement or refund due to it being left without my permission To reply to the message left below by the company. I have contacted the contact details three times and still no parcel and no resolution. This again is an automated response. Do not use them... find better
This company is an absolute joke... the tracking was very messy, every email from them said a different thing, my parcel have been delivered to someone else after a month and they told me to go look for it , knock on other people doors. Denied my refund even after I've sent pictures of my doorway ( which did not look like a delivery photo) and blocked me. I've been dealing woth them for 4 weeks now, trying to get money back, explaining that I did not receive my parcel and every time the reply would be robotic, like they have heard about my request for the first time.. I will not be using them again
.. Hopefully whoever received my parfume is happy with it..

Terrible, no customer service, no contact or email address, the telephone number rings and says they are busy please leave name and address and someone will contact you, then the phone hangs up, no delivery updates and they still have my money, never again! Order number: 154828925.
P.s please do not respond with the same reply you’ve responded to like below, asking me to use the contact form, which doesn’t exist, will now contact my bank for the refund.

Didn't get my item
I’m very disappointed with my experience. My parcel has still not arrived, and it’s been extremely difficult to get any clear information or assistance. Tracking updates are unclear, and contacting support has been frustrating and unhelpful. As a customer, I expected a reliable delivery service and proper communication, but unfortunately this has not been the case. I hope this issue is resolved soon, because right now I cannot recommend this service.
