The order has always been exactly what I have asked for and the packaging is good. There is a good variety from which to choose.The prices are competitive and cheaper than the supermarket in Ireland . The pet food is high quality and keep my cats in good health

Products reasonable price&quality
Delivery to Ireland took 6 working days, we're pleased with our order of cat food, furniture& toys. Everything arrived as expected. Would just note the slightly longer delivery time if ordering food supplies...it was easy to contact customer service via email...

You can't trust delivery dates
You can't trust delivery dates . When I ordered mentioned 3 to 6 days today's the 7th day and the delivery company didn't received the product yet.
If you contact them send the same replay back.

My Cats are hungry.......
In the four times that I have been forced to use zooplus of the past 8 years, they have never shipped the package in less than 8 working days. They charge me, send me confirmation and a tracking number, then nothing. Courier never receives the package, zooplus asks me to take it up with the courier, courier asks me to take it up with zooplus. All the while my cats are getting pretty hungry.... They are consistent at least. This has happened every time I use them.
Update as per zooplus's pathetic reply.
There was no trouble with the delivery, or the courier service.
The problem was with zooplus and their terrible organisation and management. If you don't ship an item you can't blame it on the courier. If you don't have the item in stock, you can't blame it on the courier. If YOU put the wrong address on the package, you can't blame the courier.

They sended fragile stuffs in bad packaging, also not indicated on the box nothing about fragile items inside. Finally received cracked items, no response from them about it. Delivery takes very long.

Cheap delivery company not delivers in reasonable time
Since changed delivery company to some Evri deliveries take ages. 6 working days which in reality strangers to 2 weeks.
It used to be a good supplier but cost cuttings are just bringing this company down.
Time to look for alternative.

Offer on app misleading
When you see the offers on zooplus it shows 25%off Purina one cat food
Shows an image of wet and dry food but when you click in it's only the wet food that's discounted 25%

Sadly our beloved Springer spaniel of just over fifteen years passed away yesterday. For most of these years I have had an account and ordered all her food through Zooplus. We will not be getting another dog as we are pensioner. I phoned customer services to explain our situation and asked if our 400 points remaining on our account could be used on their dog charity donation option. I was told that they were sorry for our loss but I would have to place an order of at least £10 to do this. I could not believe what I was hearing and double checked with the “customer services “person that I had heard what she said correctly and she confirmed I had. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL RESPONSE AND WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER.ALL WE WANTED WAS TO DONATE OUR 400 POINTS TO THEIR CHARITY OPTION…. DISGUSTING

Ordered Dog food from Zooplus and after a week contacted customer service to say it hadn't arrived. They canceled the order and said another package would be sent. It was also was lost. After 2 weeks I was offered a third package or credit note. I accepted the credit note as the customer service agent didn't seem to care. How do they make any money when so many parcels are supposedly lost in transit.
Sell good products but I can't get them

Cat food ordered on 5th August…
Cat food ordered on 5th August apparently sent to me on 6th August. Evri still have not recieved my parcel in Northern Ireland so there is no tracking information available. Posted review yesterday on the UK page was promised they would look into it and contact me today. Still nothing. Emails go unanswered calls are frustrating as customer service offer no help or support. Multiple parcels of mine have gone missing since the start of the year this is completely unacceptable

Damaged orders
The product selection is great,delivery times also are ok,the only issue what I have is the condition of my products when they arrive,most of times they are delivered in damaged condition (I’m ordering cat litters and whenever I’m receiving them,there’s always some of litter bags broken and sand is all around the box and makes other products dirty!I already contacted to costumer service a while ago and pointed about this issue (my friends are getting the same issue when they are ordering from them) and they promised that they will pay more attention on order packaging but nothing changed since then

Great product delivery let's them down
The products from Zooplus are great – good quality and reasonably priced. However, the delivery times are far too long. While the courier himself was friendly, the overall shipping process was slow and frustrating. Unfortunately, this puts me off ordering from the website again, which is a pity given how good the products are.
