I have place three separate orders now with this company, and every time the correct items as ordered have been received within 10 days of ordering.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The parcel was delivered from Ireland to Ireland and it still took nearly 3 weeks and I paid for express delivery, The parcel took so long to get here my dog passed away before it got here. I have contacted them for a refund of the unopened box and I got no communication back, absolutely disgusting.
This company is a scam, once you have paid, you never get your delivery. Customer service is non existent. When I enquired about my package, I received an email that the deliver service never rescanned the package and they are sending a new order which I never received. I have sent daily email follow ups and no response. Pathetic, thieving scum!! Do not buy from them!!!! They steal your money and you never receive your goods!!!

Dishonest
I ordered and received a product in May 2024. I replied by email immediately, asking to return it because our cat died the day the parcel arrived. I send a second email in June 2024. They have not responded, and it has been more than a year. I just sent another email today, 25th June 2025. The product is in the box, unopened, and I am €200 out of pocket. I would avoid doing any business with this crew.
Spent 70 euro on a flea treatment which never arrived. The company are ignoring all requests for assistance!
Package took quite a while so I emailed them and they never responded. I eventually did get it and i ordered something that came in a box and the box was opened
AVOID. I placed a prescription dog food order on 8th Sept. Having read their poor reviews on delivery times, I reached out on 9th Sept and asked for a timeline of my order and asked if it was possible to cancel. Magalie informed me it would be dispatched on 12th Sept and would not arrive until 16th or 17th. She asked if I still wanted to cancel. I confirmed cancellation but received no response. I contacted them again yesterday (12th) asking for a response but the only thing I received was a notification from Fedex to say they have my order and it will be delivered on the 18th.
This is shocking customer service. They have no phone number, only email, to which they are not responding. I am going to report this company to the Consumer Rights Commission if I don't hear from them today about a refund and recall of my order.
I ordered 3 times from this company last year and for the first 2 times, all went really well, no problems. My third order in October, however, never arrived and they do not refund it til today. It is still in "payment accepted" and I got a message in December offering to exchange a product in the order. Because I manage stocks, I don't buy only when there's an immediate need, I only saw that message from december in relation to my October's order, late January, when I have ordered more quantities of the same products without realising the reason I didn't have them in stock at home was because they never delivered them. And that january order was not delivered either. They do not reply to my messages stating I do not accept any product exchange and I want a refund. This is now almost 150eurs amount they have from me and that they do not honor nor refund.
