I order 14kg bags of food which are delivered to my doorstep saves me lugging heavy bags to my car etc. they offer discounts, repeat orders or buy again options which are very helpful.

Unfortunately any possible positive experience with this company is completely spoilt by the fact that the use the worst possible logistics company in Ireland to deliver the product so it never reaches their customers or only does so after angry phone calls and fights

I had a repeat subscription. They ship dos food the day before your next delivery date despite the fact they know deliveries might take up to 6 working days to arrive.
When you complain they send your a screenshot showing delivery times and do not accept it was their mistake.
How i have to find another dog food brand that won't cause issues to my dog.
I was buying with them because I couldn't find the brand where I live.

We've used this company twice now for the big bags of cat food. The service has been excellent, delivery has been very smooth and it's excellent quality and value for money. I highly recommend and will continue using this company.
Delivery service is very slow.
Ordered on 7/7/25 and still haven't received goods.
Ordered from .ie and it seems goods are coming directly from UK.
Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a claw clipper and dog carrier bag from Zooplus. The products came without delay. Moreover the customer service is excellent.
I received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered..... no parcel has been delivered! I can confirm this with my video doorbell as the courier said it had been delivered at 1448hrs! No one even approached my door! I have emailed customer services and yet to receive a reply. Avoid this company!

I have been ordering from Zooplus.ie for some time now & have found them to have a wide product range which is good value for money. It is nice to be able to have items delivered to my door especially bulky items. On occasions where something has gone wrong concerning say something missing in my parcel or a broken item etc Zooplus are swift to remedy the situation so I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I'm a customer over 5 years now and iv been monitoring the price of my dogs food the last few months Hills Z/D. The price has increased its gone from €95.25 in March to a increased price each month since then, today I went on its €110 in May it was €103 & €106 in June. I understand sometimes company's have to increase cost due to a number of reason but not every month that's not right or fair on customers. I don't understand why the price is going up monthly, I will have to reconsider getting the food else were that offers it at the same price monthly rather the increasing the price every week or so.
I placed my first order with Zooplus hoping for a reliable experience, it was the opposite. I fed my cats some of the treats I received, only to discover the cream inside the tube was rotten after I opened it further.
It's incredibly upsetting to think my cat was exposed to spoiled food Rotten green on the inside. When I contacted customer service, I received vague, impersonal replies and no real support or accountability. They said they cannot help if I dont have the batch number and I recieved a reply 4 days after submiting a ticket where it says we will receive an answer in 24 hours.
This was not only disappointing but also concerning from a safety standpoint. I expected better quality control and care from a company that claims to prioritize animal wellbeing. Disappointing, frustrating.

I've never had a bad experience with Zooplus. If my product is out of stock, which is it is often a it's a quality dog food, I can set an alert to let me know when it's back in stock.
Their .ie site is not located in Ireland which is extremely misleading and causes postal delays. However all but two of the items were perfect. The nylobone was very small and the chuck it ball was not what I was expecting.

Got hooked on the cheaper price but takes way too long to deliver to Ireland, c2 weeks at best. Followed up with customer service and all they could say that order had been dispatched, sit tight and wait. Lesson learned to stay well away

Used Zooplus for around 5 years. They used to use DPD so generally good delivery times. I have 9 rescue cats so I really need the delivery to come within a week like it used to. I’ve emailed using their customer support form and they’re always too busy to respond. 3 times now over past 2 years. The prices are competitive but I have to spend extra on emergency food when the delivery’s are taking 2 weeks or unknown timescales- doesn’t match their 3-6 days for sure. I also had to pay €9.98 for the privilege of delivery as it was a bulk order of €370. I’ve so far had less than half the order in 2 weeks. It’s become shambolic since they changed delivery partners. The local man in his van (subcontracted) is lovely but not much he can do when goods take so long to arrive in the country.

Avoid at ALL COSTS. I was a loyal customer for 5 years, they lost a huge package of cat food and other things to the tune of 320 euro, food I ordered in bulk because I was having an operation, then I had to chase and chase for more than a month, asked for a replacement and abruptly got a refund… AND they tried to sell me on the convenience of setting up automatic orders in the SAME EMAIL as saying they wouldn’t give me replacements and had totally taken too long to review!

I've been using zooplus for a good few months now as I found it difficult to get hold of the food I was looking for for my 12yr old dog in the shops.
Orders always correct and arrive promptly and well packaged. Will continue to use zooplus. Thankyou
Absolutely useless. I have a large order every 4 weeks on repeat for 9 cats. The order either gets lost, arrives damaged or is so late I have to go elsewhere to get more feed/litter. The latest saga the order appears to have gone missing again, I have cancelled my repeat order and will shop elsewhere. Avoid like the plague.

Have used Zooplus for several months now and their products are very high standard. in the period of time i have been using them i encountered one issue of a damaged product ( most probably through poor shipping handling) the issue was resolved in less than 12 hours with replacement shipped straight away. Friendly helpful staff the whole way
Severe delays in trying to get my order delivered. Eventually ZooPlus requested to have the parcel returned to themselves, without trying to get the parcel delivered to me. Very poor customer service. No replacement order shipped. Will not be using them again.
