Absolutely dreadful service
Absolutely dreadful service. Parcel has been sitting in delivery centre for four days. "Customer service" representative on phone completely not interested in the fact that they are unable to do their ONE JOB of delivering parcels. "You're not the only one that uses our service" well you don't seem to be providing a service at all.

This is a worst Courier Shippin/Delivery company i ever had, they services are shit too, they telling a lies mark your parcel delievered ended up the parcel still in the depot which is stupid and when u call them only one answer is given and no help to customer? Why you still doing this job to people if you can't manage and properly delievery on time, on right place/house?! Just close your company maybe? Much better. 0 stars for this!

We receive packages from you from time to time, the driver leaves the packages outside at our entrance , there is a contact number on the entrance door that he can call to let us know he is there. The packages are often left outside unattended for long periods of time,

Got no estimated arrival time. No phone call. Nobody rang the doorbell. The package was discovered outside in the rain. It was a bag of plaster. Plaster sets when damp.

Leave orders in view of everyone
Company has lost 3 of my orders. They send an email to say the order will arrive in the next few days, when you request they leave it in a secure place they advise they can only do this when the order is out for delivery. When they send the email to say it's out for delivery and you email them to ask for it to be left in a safe place by the time they get to my request it has already been left in full view of the entire neighbourhood. Today's order was left outside my front door even though it was small enough to fit in the letter box
