Bought an aluminium garage door with glazing from them 11 years ago. Clear communication. Easy delivery. A bit of a premium paid for it all but works as intended.

A star deducted because they don't have a refurbishing/recycling scheme which is not very responsible in this day and age, especially with aluminium. Forced to advertise in classifieds or failing that send to landfill.

Very good service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful sales office staff and the installers were clean and tidy and left the garage and drive in good order. Would recommend.

11 days from installation, I am happy with the product.
Estimated lead time was 3 weeks but there has been delay of additional 3 weeks and a few back and forth emails to confirm the installation date.

What makes me not giving 5 starts is their payment terms which state a payment in full a few days prior the installation. This seems a bit off and unnecessary.

Great contact and support from start to finish. Friendly professional staff and sales people. Fitters were exceptional in perfecting every detail. We are thrilled with our 50/50 front opening garage door and pedestrian door to the garden. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone thinking about improving the look and security of their home and garage.

We'd looked around for a business we could trust to supply and instal replacement (garage and front) doors at the front of our home and the Garage Door Centre far exceeded our expectations. Thanks to our contact, Jerome, the whole sequence, from taking details, through survey, agreeing specification (and dealing with our many questions) and quotation to fitting was seamless. Their two technicians, Scott and Justin, arrived on time on the day and set to immediately, working tirelessly (with just one short break) until the job was finished to a great standard. We are absolutely delighted with the outstanding quality of our new doors and also the entire job the team from the Garage Door Centre have done for us and can therefore thoroughly recommend this company.

Nathan and Owen worked hard and did us a very good roller door installation today, leaving everything clean and tidy. No more heaving on the garage up-and-over door. The whole process from the showroom team through quoting to organising the installation was very efficient and went to plan from our viewpoint. We'll recommend them.

Everyone we dealt with, both at the office and the installers, were friendly and helpful. The installation was done quickly and efficiently by Ben and James, who ensured there was no rubbish left. Ben ensured that we fully understood how the doors worked (including in the event of a power failure). Overall, and excellent service and we would definitely recommend The Garage Door Centre.

Nathan and Owen worked really hard all day, the end result was superb electric garage doors. They showed us how to operate the doors. They took away the old doors and all the rubbish. Gave us all the paperwork we needed. This is a fantastic company, kept us informed from day one. Would fully recommend them. So glad we chose them. Thank you everyone.

Apart from an apparent lack of trust in their customers in requiring full payment before installation, on the day Nathan and Owen did a first class job. They arrived punctually, were polite and helpful and left my garage in a pristine condition. I am very satisfied with the look and performance of my new garage door.

From our initial contact, through the fitting of our patio awning, the process was a relaxed and pleasurable experience. Kerry at the showroom was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The surveyor and fitting team (Micky & Jamie) were very easy to deal with, they all did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Very impressed. James and Ben, the installation engineers, did an excellent job in fitting two replacement garage doors. They provided all the 10 year warranty information stamped and ready for completion. Plus, gave a demo on how best to use and care for the doors. The whole company has been excellent, from the no pressure sales by Jerome. To the order support and updates provided by Joanne and Lana. Well done all.

My garage door needed a little attention and David in customer services was brilliant, very helpful and arranged for engineers to come out and help me.
