An excellent and prompt service from start to finish.
The noisy door was assessed (I thought we might have to have it replaced!) .....but no......identified the problem, ordered parts and fitted within a short time scale. Good comms by email and phone....much appreciated. James and Ben did a great job rectifying the problem today.....Many thanks.

James Vyse spent considerable time with us, going through the various options available to us. We selected Penchard doors, which look fantastic. There was an issue because the height of the opening had changed between the survey and installation which required the doors to be shaved to fit. Costs of that alteration were shared. Installation was by a friendly team of Nathan, Owen, Scott and Justin and was completed over two days (three doors to install) and everything works well.

James and Ben installed our doors today. Look brilliant, work perfectly, great demonstration. They arrived promptly, were polite and professional. Really pleased with the service from first store visit to instillation

From the planning to the installation the team at the Garage Door Centre (Lana) kept me fully informed. On the day the fitment of my Garage Door was exemplary. The care and attention the finishing touches like architrave and beading was superb. Polite and respectful fitters of Nathan and Owen worked tirelessly throughout even after an 2hr journey to ensure a professional job and going through each aspect of locking and unlocking. I thoroughly recommend the garage door centre.

The install was held up by unforeseen circumstances but the two guys doing it were very patient and then carried out a very professional job. Two great guys, helped us out with moving some items and left a top quality new door. Very fastidious and left a spotlessly clean site.

The professional way from the initial discussion to the measuring up was all well managed.
Your two installers came earlier than planned but not an issue, they did well in their fitment process and operational knowhow, explained the questions I asked and kept a clean working environment in the whole process.
My only concern was being asked for the final payment the day before the doors were fitted, it left me uncomfortable as not a good process.

Used this company after talking to a neighbour for whom they had fitted a new electric sectional door. Can't fault the experience from the initial phone enquiry to completed installation. Two single sectional garage doors fitted to our double garage, they look great and they even fitted a trim to cover underside of the steel lintels, which had been visible since the house was built! Installers Nathan & Owen arrived as scheduled, did a great job, tidied up thoroughly and gave an informative handover. As other reviewers have noted, they do ask for full payment ahead of installation - this didn't worry me too much as I had seen the quality of the work at my neighbour's, but I can understand why some customers wouldn't be happy with this.

Great service and value. Terrific explanations in the showroom, ordering and survey were very professional for our two roller garage doors and installation by Nathan and Owen was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
