Today, I had a Garolla electic garage door fitted.
Garolla did everything that they said they would.
The new garage door has added value and visual impact to our home.
Rob Yarwood fitted the door. He did an excellent job.
Rob was very professional , friendly and basically knew what he was doing.
Very , very happy.

The fitter was excellent and his work was very good. The runup to installation could have been better.

Very happy so far with my door. Installer was very good.

The delay in fitting was disappointing but the fitters that eventually came were brilliant

The company is very professional. From the pre visit to the actual fitting of the garage door.
Arrived on time. Removed old garage doors etc.
Explained how to use the doors.
Along with the warranty that was emailed.
Also a user’s guide was provided.
Very friendly staff. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace garage doors.

The team that come out to measure and the team that came to fit the garage door where all great no problems at all just. When we came to pay the price had gone up, not by much but not the point when we phoned up to ask why they said it down to hidden charges

My installer Jamie Irvine was very professional and friendly he kept me informed on how he was progressing during installation, he gave me clear instructions on how to use the door before leaving .Iwould definitely recommend Garolla

Daniel Busuttil engineer 5 stars, appointment arrangements, no communications, emails sent, then engineer did not arrive at arranged time, due to change by company manager.Engineer clean tidy and very informative.

Fitter provided first class service good workmanship

I had to cancel my appointment because my husband was in hospital. I had telephoned the Garolla contact number but the message hadn’t got to Rich Onions, the fitter. However, he contacted me the day before and on the day of my appointment and was very helpful. In the end we settled on re booking for today 17 April. I am delighted with the finished job. On time efficient and a pleasant fitter. Job Done. Thank you Richard Onions.

Engineer was excellent. Polite and knowledgeable.
Cannot fault the company in any way from initial survey to the install.
We have a small problem at the moment but Garolla have it in progress to sort asap.

Our installer was Ben Kirkley.
He was very professional and his workmanship was excellent.
He took his time to explain how the garage door works, clean up any debris.

The product and service was excellent didnt have to wait to long for delivery. The fitter was very polite clean dressed on time a few hours later all done and all cleaned up you couldn't tell we had work done ..the door itself is brilliant

Phil Webster who installed the door kept me informed when he’d arrive, very polite and done a great job of installing the new door and tidied up before he left. 👍

Very happy with the overall service, from the original survey visit, through the sales process, to the actual installation. The installer was prompt and courteous, and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend ( in fact I’ve already done so!).
