From my first point of contact with Jerome who was lovely & helpful where nothing was to much trouble to help from Kim with looking around the showroom at a replacement door to the fitting today everything has been exceptional. Thank you all

I got a call to say my garage doors were due in next day, and they would ring once they were received to arrange delivery
Steve Ballard rang to say they were ready to deliver at a convenient time for me ,which was agreed, sure enough they arrived promptly. Upon inspection a slight scratch was noted, the driver noted this, straight away got onto his colleague Steve Ballard , who emailed the manufacturer without my having to do a thing, he had everything sorted to my complete satisfaction the next day . Real customer service and care .

The service provided by this company was excellent from our initial sales enquiry visit to their showroom to installation. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We were delighted with the quality of garage door chosen and would highly recommend these guys.

Friendly and professional service
Very pleased with our new side hinged garage doors

We have had 3 top quality doors installed by the Garage Door Centre. All Hörmann and cannot fault the products. However a door hinge developed a Squeak. I was originally advised that due to purchasing superior products they had a long warranty so it would be a free fix. I was then advised after they spoke with David that that was wrong , and that there was only a 6 month warranty and work would be chargeable. I was not happy with being charged and so left it. After a year the noise was getting worse, I was advised the charge had increased. I paid the charge and when the engineer came to complete the work, he advised it was most likely due to not enough grease on the install and when it dried the plastic inner had dropped and was causing the squeak, working it's way down as time went on. I then looked at the Hörmann guarantee and found that it is 5 years, for the door and parts are guaranteed for. The Garage Door Centre refuse to accept that had the door had enough lubrication at install this issue would not have occurred, despite the engineer advising us of that. It was the same engineer that did the original install. Therefore I am out of pocket by a steep £155 for 5 mins work despite being covered by a manufacturers guarantee, because they charge for labour to rectify an issue that should never have occurred!

Having decided to change our original double door garage to a single door there was only one company that we knew we would use based on our previous experience with you.
The advice,recommendations, planning and construction was faultless.
The workmen were excellent and left the site spotless.
We could not be happier with the result.

They guys were very friendly and helpful and did a splendid job. They even found an fixed issues with the garage doors which we werent aware of! Would definitely recommend these people to others.

Efficient, professional, friendly service from the first phone call enquiry through to the completion of the installation. No pushy sales pitch just good advice, patience and direction. All paperwork - quotes, invoices, sign off etc. timely, clear and understandable. Jerome from the beginning answered all queries and gave us confidence to proceed. Nathan and Owen arrived on time and the installation was completed within the scheduled time. The garage was left secure each evening and tidy. We didn't know they were there. Great guys. All the doors, 3 x double and a side door look amazing.

I recently had my garage door repaired by this company, and it was an absolute nightmare. First off, the technician showed up late, and then claimed he didn't have the parts needed for the job even though I had scheduled the appointment a week in advance. After a long wait, he finally started working but seemed completely unprepared.
The repair was poorly done—within a few days, the door was making strange noises, and it didn’t close properly. When I called back to have it fixed, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes before being told they couldn’t come out for another week
Honestly, the lack of professionalism and poor-quality work is inexcusable. I paid good money for a service that should have been done right the first time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for garage door services

Excellent company to use. Communications were quick, the installation took place on the day agreed and done to a very high standard.

I have just had a Teckentrup side hinged garage door fitted. Very impressd with the quality of product which was then fitted by the Garage door centre.
Nathan and Owen arrived on time and set about checking the dimensions of opening and door before fully unwrapping the product. They removed the old door, made good the opening and then fitted the doors. At all times they were carefull and showed great attention to detail ensuring a really good finish. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks to the guys for being friendly and doing a great job on the install. Highly recommended.

I spoke with James who provided such clear advice; consequence that GDC could not help me with the doors that I needed! He went further and suggested an obvious solution elsewhere.

Everyone explained what and when things would happen and everything did. All personel were pleasant and helpful including the two young fitters who worked quickly and efficiently accompanied by their music which was different! All functions were explained clearly and the installation has recieved compliments from friends and neighbours. The only slight blemish is the flimsy top panel when viewed from the outside appears to have a slight bow which makes the top of the door appear very slighty curved. We would gladly recommend your company to others.
