The fitters(Nathan & Ben) arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They made an excellent job of fitting the garage door and we are very pleased with it. When they had completed the job they explained how to operate it and suggested some basic maintenance.

The Garage Door Centre were lovely to deal with - fast and responsive, friendly, helpful and I love my new red garage. Altogether excellent value, I would recommend.

The Garage Door Centre are a company that we would recommend. The whole process was smooth and we had trust in them to provide us with the best advice. From quote to installation took around 6 weeks. The installation engineers completed the installation with professionalism and care. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have used the Garage Door Company from Wellingborough to supply and fit electrically operated sectional garage doors.
The quotation process was straightforward as was the onsite survey.
When it came to installation, the fitters had to remove a 4 metre wide heavy timber door before the new door could be fitted.
The new door fitted perfectly and even the mastic sealing was colour coded to the door!
All done about 5 hours. Well done guys.

Matt delivered my front door on behalf of sister company GarageDoorsOnline. I self-installed my garage door previously. Not only did I get compliments on that install (always nice), some missing screws were noticed by Matt, and some handy maintenance tips shared. I'll always return to companies that go beyond the necessary.

What I had was a triple garage with a rear door
He recommended me a fantastic builder that the company uses who took down one support column and put in a steel RSJ
The company measured up the complete garage area and advised the best way to position the doors
I had one double sectional electric at the front one single sectional electric at the rear and a single opening door at the front
I also had some extra security on the doors as well
They open and close very quickly and quietly
They look fabulous both electric doors work of one key and I also have 3spare key fobs
The finished back and front is very good and are draft free and mouse free My old doors were drafty and let in mice through the gaps
The price was good for what I had done
Been in for a month and all good

Good communication, explaining what would be done, garage doors were repaired promptly on the agreed date, the person fitting the new garage door mechanism was friendly, polite and got on with the job. Was pleased with the service and would recommend for garage door repairs.

Firstly thing to say is I was happy with the installation and generally happy with the fitters.
It’s the after sales that’s where they’re let down.
My doors motor starting having issues and I called out the team to have a look.
I was advised that I was still in my 7 year warranty and that they’d get it sorted, however once communication finally began (all prompted by me) with one of the most incompetent managers I’ve ever had to deal with and after weeks and weeks of chasing and being told by the manager that I had warranty he then turned round and said I didn’t and I’d need to pay out another large sum of money for a replacement door motor, and that I’d mislead them to thinking I had warranty.
Apparently despite my quote stating a 7 year warranty and me paying the invoice for the same amount you have to then register the product to get the further 2 years or it’s just a 5 year warranty.
Very dishones and misleading.
After several months I get a phone call demanding the money having never received a invoice for the repair. (again not a very well run company)
Then having still never received an invoice for the repair work via email or letter I then get a letter threatening me with legal action if the bill isn’t paid in 7 days.
This is a very poorly organised and run company, the manager was very rude and abrupt like I was inconveniencing him when I had to keep chasing.
Steer clear of this company.

Special mention for James, who spent time and care in the showroom explaining options available and then finalising the design of the front door and side elements. Then the lovely backroom staff who liaised with us on the various admin aspects. Finally, the installation engineers, Nathan and Owen, who expertly and efficiently fitted the Ryterna steel door and surrounds. Big thanks to all involved.

First initial visit, discussed at length the doors that would be suitable for our needs. Had a home check for measurements and what areas would need to be cleared for easy access and fitting. Owen and Matt were lovely polite young men who discussed what they would be doing. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently and our old door was taken away. Beautiful finish and colour. Following each step from first visit to end product we received great feedback and communication from all of the team. Would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing experience today. I had an electric garage door fitted some years ago by this company. It was well fitted. But today I telephoned to say that the door had just broken with my car inside the garage and I was unable to open it manually. I was told "mid December would be the earliest they could come" ie a month later. I explained I have cancer and need to make visits to the hospital. This was ignored with a "mid December would be the earliest " So if you use this company, don't expect any sort of after sales service!
