The delivery service is a shambles.
They cancelled the delivery on the scheduled day without communicating it to me. The reason was that there were only 2 men and 3 men were needed as it was heavy. When they arrived the week later there were 2 men. They refused to do it was the patio was wet and they didn’t want to dirty their clothes. It was garden furniture. After protest they eventually agreed to deliver and assemble it. They were 30 later than the £30 extra premium slot I booked. The standard delivery for the item was £95! Neptune delivery is £30 across the board and they are 100% better.

Watch out for multiple sales. Don’t pay the full price as it will likely go into 20-40% off the week later then probably an extra 10% off.

The shop staff are always extremely friendly and helpful however there is clearly an issue with the logistics.

Excellent customer service in the Bath branch. Alex is an asset to the company. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He put aside some mugs that were in the sale for me so I could collect quickly in my visit to Bath. Thank you

Great service for ordering and delivery, excellent communication with delivery drivers who were friendly and helpful. Product is high quality and built to last.

Returns are a nightmare. They charge a flat fee of £10 for a return and dont allow you to post the items yourself. They deduct it from your refund even if the item is small. Dont reply to emails or say they will reach out and then don't or finally reply and drag the repsonses out so you dont get answers in time. 14 day returns window with delayed replies or unanswered questions from them then means you run out of time to send the item back and then dont get a refund. Do better guys and dont extort customers.

We visited the Oka Bath Store yesterday and were helped by Linda, who was just superb. The side table we wish to purchase is no longer available to order and Linda took the time and trouble not only to establish which other Oka stores could possibly have it in stock but wrote down their addresses and telephone njumbers for us. Thank you Linda for all your help, you are a real asset to the company!

The team in this store are wonderful- I was helped by Tee and Lucy who were very knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly have a genuine passion for home interiors and their advice was greatly appreciated! The shop itself is well presented and carries a large variety of both outlet and full price items.

My bookcase was not delivered on the booked day, it arrived a week later. I had to make several calls to find out what was happening. It has arrived with some damage, after phoning, sending email and photos 4 days ago, I have not had a response.

Lovely outdoor cushion but very expensive really even with discount

Two items were ordered one day apart, the second order arrived promptly. We were advised fairly quickly that the first item would be delayed and we were given the opportunity to cancel or wait. We choose to wait and have felt fully informed as time progresses.
This so far has been a very positive experience.

Simona is absolutely fantastic her knowledge of interior design is incredible. Feel very safe in her hands.
