I love the OKA store
I love the OKA store. There is aleays something I want to buy. We recently purchased an arm chair which luckily was in stock. From the advice by the sales staff to prompt delivery, everything was fantastic. The chair now has pride of place in our house.

A brilliant in store experience in Oka Guildford. A huge thank you to Danielle Elliott for whom nothing was too much trouble. I needed a delayed delivery slot that I was not able to book online… Danielle sorted it! The cushions I wanted to buy were not in stock in Guildford. - Danielle arranged for them to be delivered to my home from another store! The delivery took 3 days-the chairs were packaged beautifully. The dining chairs we ordered are lovely-perfect for our newly decorated room-thankyou!

We have never shopped from Oka before, but taking the final plunge was easy - we had some great help from Ottie. She was friendly, responsive and ultimately incredibly helpful with our purchase. Really pleased by the whole experience - haven't received the items yet but the customer service has been 10/10 thus far!

I wanted to find a rug to go in my living room and went to the Guildford store. Eglee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me source a rug and matched it on the computer to the photo I had of my room. I did not feel rushed and was confident with my purchase which looks lovely.

Great service in the Guildford store
We were given very good service from Andrea in the Guildford store. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect coffee table. We had visited this particular store to see the item we were interested in and it was just as seen on-line so now very excited to receive the coffee table into our own home. the whole process of purchase and delivery has been seamless so far!

Brilliant service received,
I went in looking for table lamps with no real idea. Was looking lost when Emma came to my rescue. She was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she was amazingly patient. Emma was knowledgeable, professional and just the type of customer service that would make me go back to the shop. Needless to say with Emma’s help and guidance I came away with a lovely lamp. Might even need a second.
Customer experience 10/10.
