Disappointed
I’ve only given a 3 star due to my disappointment in store and subsequent lack of contact following my email / website feedback.
I purchased two items totalling £205 and asked (at the til) if they’d accept £200 for both. I was refused, the reason being they would only consider a discount on £1000 spend. Fair enough.
However, at the next till the customer had obviously asked a similar question and the response was quite different “as the total is £300 I can offer you 15%”.
I didn’t wish to make a scene at the till and nor did I wish to embarrass the other customer, but I left feeling disgruntled and therefore unlikely to return, which is disappointing as they have some nice products.

The young lady who served us, with dark hair, was outstanding. Quietly helpful and attentive, She really assisted us in making our furniture choices.

Delivery shambles
The furniture is fine. But delivery is awful. If you’re going to charge £85 (OMG) for delivery make sure it’s quick, efficient and polite.
My experience was terrible. I had already waited over a month for my chairs. Then took a day off work because they didn’t provide a window like they said. So i hung around all day waiting for the delivery people. They said it would be tracked but it wasn’t. Eventually two rude men arrived. To say i’m unimpressed is an understatement.
If amazon can manage to deliver a £5 pen with a smile why can’t Oka get better people? It looks from other reviews on here that i’m not alone in thinking Oka needs to hire a new delivery company. Never buying from Oka again unless directly from the shop!

A truly wonderful experience at OKA Bath!
My partner and I had such an amazing experience at OKA Bath, thanks to the wonderful Craig!
We initially visited hoping to find a few pieces of furniture, accessories, and a little bit of everything for our home. With Craig’s incredible taste, thoughtful suggestions, and genuine enthusiasm, we ended up discovering a beautiful selection of pieces that we absolutely loved.
What made the experience so special was that it never felt like shopping. It felt more like being welcomed into a beautifully designed home, where someone with a great eye for interiors was helping us make the perfect choices.
Craig even managed to awaken my partner’s hidden passion for interior design! We enjoyed our first visit so much that we returned the very next day to explore and purchase even more pieces.
Such a lovely, personal, and memorable experience. Craig truly made all the difference, and we couldn’t recommend him and the OKA Bath team highly enough!

Delivery was delayed several times
Delivery was delayed several times, but there weren't enough regular updates to me to tell me what was going on. There seemed to be a gap of information between OKA and the supplier, (whoever the supplier is).

Great product and helpful staff
Great product and helpful staff. Only disappointment was that we were told that if our purchase did not fit well in our house, the delivery drivers would take it back immediately. The drivers said this was not so. Luckily we kept the product but would have been unhappy to have been given contradictory information.
