In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

The quality of furnishings is equal to the quality of staff
I would haven’t purchased anything because I was overwhelmed with all the beautiful choices. However, Christinea at your Bath, England store assisted me. She was nothing short of amazing! She was so helpful and patient with helping select the perfect pillow covers! I only wanted 2 but, ended up buying 6 because she found the PERFECT ones to breathe new life into my sofa pillows!

Bath is an excellent store.
Bath is an excellent store that I and my family often visit.
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
On my last visits I have been served by Christinea. She has been so patient and helpful, guiding and advising me with regard to soft furnishings. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The store employees were very helpful
The store employees were very helpful, however I was shocked to see that a £10 shipping fee is added to click and collect purchases. I don’t believe click and collect should have a fee.

We introduced a small, tiered charge for our Click & Collect service to reflect the cost of picking, packing, and transporting orders to your chosen store. These costs have increased in line with rises in wages, employment costs, and fuel. That said, we do still absorb part of the cost ourselves, and we aim to keep our rates in line with other premium homeware and furniture brands.
We do appreciate your feedback and hope that you are happy with your purchase.

A great shopping experience
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amelia and Natasha were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when considering how furnishings worked together. They gave as much time as I needed but they do not push you to buy. It is a very nice shopping experience.
