Fantastic experience at the OKA outlet…
Fantastic experience at the OKA outlet store in South Godstone today. We called up to check on a particular dining table and was told there was one in stock, but it had a little damage to it. We were sent photos before we drove down as it was quite a journey for us. When we arrived the table was fully assembled to show us what it would be like. This was extremely useful for us as we actually decided it wasn’t quite right for us. However, we were then shown a similar table which we did like and we ended up purchasing at a very reasonable price. Very impressed with the customer service involved and was a credit to the OKA brand.

Super service
Super service! I rang ahead to ask if they had the product I was looking for, and the staff agreed to hold this for me. They then helped me fit the chair in my car by removing the legs and even gave me a tool to put them back on myself at home. Really pleased.

Go visit Reece in Godstone - highly recommend
We went to see Reece in Godstone and we went to purchase a rug which he kindly recommended with his expertise knowledge of interiors and luckily not only we got a rug, left with an armchair, decor and ottoman and artworks etc! He was very helpful, and informative!

A wonderful boot room storage piece
We have come away with a wonderful piece of boot room storage furniture from this store. The lady that sold us this piece, Sue, was so helpful. She offered good practical advice that ultimately led us to deciding to take the piece with us. Looking forward to installing it in the space.

Really super experience (and the bar is high, because every single store adviser is brilliant) with Reece last week. I love the quality of Oka products
I love the quality of Oka products. I live close to the outlet in South Godstone and I like to pop in if I’m passing. Terry is always really helpful.
