It was an incredible experience, from start to finish. The team were excellent, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The initial full consultation was very thorough, everything was explained in detail. The tests were thorough to ensure optimum results were achieved. The procedure was painless and smooth, it was over before you know it. Professor Reinstein carried out my procedure. My vision is getting better, I am only on day 2 post op, I had the SMILE procedure. I am very happy that I went through with the procedure. I had a high prescription. The aftercare appointments are included.

Every time I visit the clinic the level of service is excellent… I was short on time yesterday & the clinic was extremely busy & running a little late with appointments… H’ever they managed my expectations & also managed to fit me in a little earlier so I could get my train back to M/c

Incredible experience, I was given lots of information about how the procedure works, what options there were and what the risks were. The actual procedure was the strangest experience I'd ever had, completely painless and smooth. Even afterwards I didn't feel any pain and barely and discomfort. I was already able to see much better the day after, I just wish I'd done this years earlier! Also the biscuit snacks provided in the waiting room are on point 👌

I had laser surgery a year ago and I’m so glad that I did. The initial consultation was very thorough, examining my eyes and vision with a vast range of scanners, then an optometrist discussed the best treatment option for me to ensure the best outcome. There was no pressure to have the procedure, it was entirely my decision. From the moment that I agreed to proceed, the care was superb. I was left in no doubt that any concerns I might have would be addressed, managed and resolved. The procedure itself was very straightforward and painless, it’s normal to be anxious but everyone made me feel calm and confident and the procedure was completed in minutes. It was amazing to open my eyes a few hours later and to see perfectly. I have had check ups at regular intervals over the last year since my procedure. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed to my complete satisfaction. I now have 20/20 vision and am delighted. It’s not a cheap procedure , but has been worth every penny. If you are considering having laser corrective surgery, I would highly recommend the London Vision Clinic

Had my ICL surgery earlier in the year. Overall I must say I’m very pleased with the outcome. Went on Holiday to Budapest GLASSES FREE for the first time and it felt surreal. My eyesight is better than it was with glasses. Darshak was a legend and helpful all the way through along with all other staff on the journey. Highly recommend this place for the best possible outcome.

Very professional staff and Drs. Very thorough from the first appointment, through surgery and all follow up appointments. I am very pleased with my new vision and the result has exceeded my highest hopes. Would definitely recommend the London Vision Clinic.

An amazing experience start to finish.
I had smile surgery - I was so nervous but there really was nothing to be nervous about. Mr Carp was my surgeon and he has a lot of experience, put all my doubts to bed whilst being so understanding and gentle. Surgery itself was minutes and completely painless. Aftercare has been superb. Everyone from the receptionists, surgery staff/technicians to aftercare support have been incredible! Second to none.

Most importantly the result was totally as expected (slightly faster healing in fact) and I have 20/20 vision (from -6 with astigmatism)

In the spirit of ‘fools and children’ judge a job before it is finished’ I am being repeatedly asked to judge my experience by providing this review.
Front desk and admin have been excellent.
As far as the lens replacement is concerned:
At this moment 6 weeks post surgery my feelings are frustration and confusion. The lenses I chose were presented to me as being excellent for intermediate and distance vision with some compromise close up. The opposite is the case. These were AI designed lenses I was told.
At present my vision seems to vary daily with no real pattern. At first intermediate and long distance vision was 99% plus unfocused and fuzzy. Close vision good. This I thought would improve, which it has to a degree, but still intermediate and distance is 80% of the time blurred and unfocused. Fuzzy faces, indistinct features from about 3 metres. Close vision has been variable too
I am quite prepared to believe/hope that this will all settle down beautifully but this is my predicament at present.

I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff at LVC! Mr Carp did an amazing job to get me through my lasik operation. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who is thinking about refractive surgery!

Got the smile surgery done 5 weeks ago now at the London Vision Clinic and what a great decision that was! From the moment I spoke to the clinic, to me getting surgery, was about 3 weeks, with thorough testing done beforehand to make sure the procedure is done with minimal risk. I now have near 20/20 vision with no side effects and the overall experience the clinic provides is stellar. I'd like to say a special thank you to Brendan and Darshak for making this possible. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of getting laser eye surgery.

I had a really great experience with my laser eye surgery. Mr. Carp is an amazing professional who explained the entire procedure calmly and clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The treatment itself was quick and carried out with the highest level of professionalism.

I truly appreciate that he also performed a scan after the surgery to check on the healing process—it showed real care and attention. Thanks to his excellent work, I now have clear distance vision, can drive without glasses, and can finally forget about wearing them for years to come.

Attentive and thorough pre-examinations, and excellent aftercare. Everything had been handled perfectly, they have really taken car for me - a credit to the whole team; examiners, reception staff, nurses, optometrists and surgeons.

I had laser treatment on both eyes 15 years ago - have never needed glasses since. However a cataract developed recently and where better to go than to LVC to have it removed and this been successfully done.
I was very happy 15 years ago and am still very happy now.
Every member of staff was very helpful and friendly.

Top class from the very first meeting. Everybody I've spoken to at LVC, be they receptionists, nurses, opticians, or surgeons, they are all a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, no question too silly, and I've never felt pressured or rushed into anything.
