The whole experience was pretty seamless from ordering to planning and completion. David the contractor turned up promptly on the date assigned and did an excellent and neat job of cabling and charger placement on a long cable run. The day was extremely cold, wet and windy which made life difficult but he cracked on uncomplainingly.

In the spirit of ‘fools and children’ judge a job before it is finished’ I am being repeatedly asked to judge my experience by providing this review.
Front desk and admin have been excellent.
As far as the lens replacement is concerned:
At this moment 6 weeks post surgery my feelings are frustration and confusion. The lenses I chose were presented to me as being excellent for intermediate and distance vision with some compromise close up. The opposite is the case. These were AI designed lenses I was told.
At present my vision seems to vary daily with no real pattern. At first intermediate and long distance vision was 99% plus unfocused and fuzzy. Close vision good. This I thought would improve, which it has to a degree, but still intermediate and distance is 80% of the time blurred and unfocused. Fuzzy faces, indistinct features from about 3 metres. Close vision has been variable too
I am quite prepared to believe/hope that this will all settle down beautifully but this is my predicament at present.
