Helpful staff
After lens replacement surgery, I hand a slight reaction in one eye when I stopped using the steroid drops as per guidelines. Everyone was helpful and I was seen very quickly and the issue corrected

Life changing!
I can honestly say that having laser eye surgery at London Vision Clinic has been one of the most life-changing decisions I’ve ever made.
The results are truly unbelievable—I wake up every morning in awe of how clear the world looks.
I am beyond grateful to Professor Reinstein who carried out my surgery and the entire team - everyone made me feel so safe throughout the process answering all my questions along the way.

LVC have done a good job on my eyes
LVC have done a good job on my eyes. I can now see 20/20 and have no issues. Worth paying a little bit more for that bit of extra safety. The staff and surgeon (Mr. Carp) were excellent, very professional and reassuring. I cannot comment on how things would go if there problems, but I have been lucky and the experience has been all good.

Felt super supported the entire journey. From the initial consultation to post treatment care, it has been spectacular service. The team at LVC have given great advice and I’m super happy that I went through with the procedure. Best decision ever and still thinking “why didn’t I do it sooner?”

Lense replacement surgery
Having worn varifocals for many years, I decided to look into lense replacement surgery. LVC came recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Kate, Sharon and Mr. Patel were extremely clear on the process and I had my surgery 11th November 2025. The day went smoothly and the surgery was completely painless. Within 24 hours I was seeing well. 5 weeks later and my sight is incredible. I never thought my sight would be this good again. Thank you to everyone at LVC!

Didn’t go ahead because of genuine advice
I was considering laser eye surgery and booked a phone consultation. A very nice lady called me and we went through everything and the advice she gave me was not to go ahead at this time. I was extremely impressed that she gave me honest advice and will hold off for now. Maybe in the future I will go ahead and it will 100% be with them.

Great experience all round
Everyone at the clinic was so knowledgable and kind from the receptionists, surgeon and the nurses. The whole process has been smooth and I have been fully informed along the way. The surgery itself was painless and has been a life changing investment. My surgeon was Mr Darshak Patel and he was very reassuring throughout and highly skilled. I had LASIK with Dr. Carp at London Vision Clinic a year ago, and the experience was excellent. The surgery went smoothly, and Dr. Carp was professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. The follow-up check-ups were thorough, and the whole team made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend!

I attended London Vision Clinic…
I attended London Vision Clinic recently to see if Lasik would be an option to remove the need for glasses. As it turned out the Lasik treatment wasn't right for me at this time and the consultant was open and honest in saying so. No upsell just direct answers. Later that day they had refunded my booking fee in full.
The team were great and overall a good experience.
