We have been using Metro minimal theme developed by Radius Theme working perfectly.

Radious theme technical support is excellent.

The theme itself is very satisfying, that's why they have a big number of purchases in the first place, however, i don't usually give rating or review unless I'm exceptionally angry or satisfied,
In this case I'm satisfied because of the great support team they have, i had an issue with my website, i made a ticket and i thought it gonna be a week al least under i get the support, but in less than 12 hours they replied, and eventually i Couldn't fix my self, i gave them the wp admin, and they fix for me, really quick, and less talk!

They are great, well priced, excellent support.

I purchased a theme from RadiusTheme with high expectations, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I installed the theme, it has been plagued with numerous bugs, making it virtually unusable. Despite conducting fresh installations without any additional plugins, the issues persisted, pointing to inherent flaws in the theme itself.

When I reached out to RadiusTheme’s support team, I was given unhelpful advice that involved downgrading my PHP version from 8.2 to 7.4. This suggestion is not only impractical but also poses significant security risks. I was also told to seek professional help, which is unacceptable for a product that should work out of the box.

Over two weeks of my time have been wasted trying to resolve these issues. The primary reason for purchasing a theme is to streamline the website development process, but this theme has achieved the opposite effect. My requests for a refund have been dismissed repeatedly, despite the theme not functioning as described and having major defects.

This entire experience has undermined my confidence in making future purchases. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product and the level of support provided. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing this theme from RadiusTheme.

The template is well made. Easy to edit. Sometimes I need some support and the support team is very fast and give easy instructions.

Purchased DigeCo theme several years ago to be installed on one of my website. Just recently in May 2024, I updated my Wordpress and Elementor, then the theme had errors with Elementor plugin. I contacted RadiusTheme for support, and I got the help that I need. Thanks RadiusTheme.

I bought one of their theme 3 days ago. I contacted support because they provide 2 zip files and it's not clear which one should be installed.
No responses after 3 days.

I purchased their Cl Classified Plugin Pro version and the Cl Classified Theme Pro version.

Both the theme and plugin have many issues, making it very hard to work smoothly especially because support is not existing! They just reply to tickets saying "we will look at it" but then they never do.

I asked for a refound ( their policy, and one of the main selling point the have, is the 30 days refund policy) and they never reply to my request.

I would not reccoment to chose this plugin or theme if you need to implement a large directory or if you expect to get support because it is likely that you will not.

*Update:

I received the refund i asked for but again, i am not recommending these products ad they come with many issues and Customer Care or Support is non existing!

Purchased HomeListi theme and had some issues while trying to import the demo data. But the team was very responsive and solved my issue even on weekends.

Support is appalling. I have recently taken over a website for a client and it uses a RadiusTheme product as its theme. After a quick initial response I outlined my issue and have received no further responses despite myself following up on several occasions over the past month. They just ignore emails and have no interest in helping potential long term customers. I certainly will not be using any themes or products from RadiusTheme in the future.

The Radius theme is amazing! It has a sleek and modern design, is highly customizable, and provides excellent support. I highly recommend it.
