Awful! Granted was a free theme but it sucks! They proclaimed it was easy to install. Nah! Literally spent all day trying to install it but nothing. Its truly a waste. Again it was free so no money lost here. Just wont waste my time

I use the Post Grid plugin, which is powerful yet simple in its UX and customization. Moreover, their support is great. I was stumped trying to customize the styling of a 'Read More' button into something very specific. They advised the right CSS property that worked perfectly. Support was fast and friendly.

I initially had a negative experience after purchasing the Food Menu WordPress plugin from RadiusTheme because the plugin did not work with my website setup - theme.

I contacted support and provided access so they could investigate. Their team confirmed that the plugin was not compatible with my current setup.

When I first requested a refund, I did not receive a response for a couple of days, which was frustrating and led me to leave a negative review.

However, the company later explained that the delay happened because the support agent handling my ticket was on their scheduled day off due to their rotation system because of a recent change in their weekend schedule.

After following up, they processed the refund and canceled the subscription for my order.

I appreciate that they resolved the issue and issued the refund. the matter was ultimately handled and resolved.

Radius sells products with no full licence despite what they are saying. There plugin are not useable out of the box. They ask you for you credential to be able to debug, INSANE!
