Incredible! I had a problem in the middle of the night, and "Shahriar from WPXPO" helped me out, even though I wasn't even a customer yet! Once again great support experience
Once again great support experience. I needed to have a feature for the plugin and they worked with me patiently and quickly all my problems were resolved and feature was shipped quickly and worked flawlessly! WowOptin is a great plugin and as said, the support is great.

A fair outcome, handled well
I had an issue with an auto-renewal for a plugin I hadn’t used in around 10–11 months. It had only renewed a few days earlier, so I contacted support.
Owadud handled it really well – he reviewed the situation properly rather than just sticking to policy, and made a fair exception. Communication was clear and straightforward throughout.

PostX has a good support
PostX looks fantastic, and the support is optimal and fast. The package will be the ultimate solution for many users.
Unfortunately, it did not suit me well enough. The support team offered every opportunity to satisfy me.
However, that is not feasible in the long term. PostX has full understanding of the situation. I look forward to receiving the refund.

The best plugin for additional settings…
The best plugin for additional settings for any product. Easy to set up. Fast support. Customizable logic, I was very surprised by the flexible settings. Whether your points will be enabled under certain conditions or not, it's all simple. It seems they thought through every step of the setup. Thank you for the improvement. I've been using it for a little over a month.

We had a problem with the plugin
We had a problem with the plugin. Initially, this was not addressed quickly and promptly by the support team, despite our insistence. Eventually, however, we were well assisted by Shahriar, who found and implemented a solution for us. However, it is a specific solution for us, and it would be good if it were implemented in the plugin as soon as possible so that this problem is resolved immediately for everyone.
Thanks again to Shahriar for his decisiveness and proactive approach; that is how service should always be!
