I had pricing issues with a different plug-in not working well with WolesaleX..

My site had some issues, got notifications from my hosting company, was able to access via Recovery Mode, copy the issues, pasted them into the support page, and Razibul Hasan got me the correct answers, in an easy to follow order that took care of the problem

When they started to add all new plugins I think to much focus was switched to development and service levels dropped drastically. But they seem to be back on track.
