This is a great plugin for a store that needs a good gallery and the ability to add a lot of photos to each product variation. I needed help because the theme we bought didn’t display the slider correctly. I contacted support and received an immediate response. The developers found the problem and fixed it very quickly and efficiently. I recommend this plugin and developers! Thank you for providing a quality product!

Even with different the time difference support was very fast, and the support staff were very attentive and helpful. The theme is really neat even for amateurs like ourselves. It's well documented but in the rare case there might be a problem or a question the ticket system is very straight forward.

Very Good Supportive System and easy to understand

My initial review was influenced by not receiving a reply when attempting to solve issues. Since this oversight was realised & addressed, the team have apologised & been nothing but supportive. They have worked with me to get my directory created. Providing me with essential tutorials to help me have more understanding & control.

I feel my first review was quite premature without giving the support team the opportunity to help before escalating to this platform.

Despite my urgency the team have been super attentive in helping me & persistent in getting this resolved. I love the add on, the directory looks beautiful & now we have got this set up correctly it is an incredible addition to my website. I naively thought building a website would be easy however there are reasons there are professionals! This add on is pretty amazing for the functions & the price.
