I have had nothing but negative experiences with the company RSTheme so far. Reported bugs are not fixed. Support staff merely postpone solutions to the next version. In that version, the faulty features are then either removed or even more errors are introduced, rendering the plugin even less usable. Ultimately, the support team informed me that I would simply have to live with these issues, as they would not be resolved. In this regard, the support was indeed correct. There was neither a resolution of the problems nor a refund. Further inquiries were simply ignored. I truly cannot recommend this company. I am happy to purchase software when I am actually able to use it. In this case, however, I can only advise: stay away from RSTheme products.

This is a fantastic Theme - lots of customizations available and the Demo content helps anyone get started quickly and easily. I couldn't figure out how to make one more complicated change and found that the online tutorial was more than adequate and very thorough. I did reach out to customer support and I was so surprised to find that they quickly and clearly helped me with my problem. I highly recommend this theme and likely any themes by rs-theme. What a great experience I have had!

The design is poor, their pictures are perfect, but the installed templates are awful 🤢.

Customer Support is lacking:

• LiveChat on their website: I texted and waited for a reply for 30 minutes.
• Texted again, waited another 20 minutes or so.
• Finally, someone replied, “It’s 4 am here, what is your issue?”

I purchased a theme that included 12 months of support. Initially, the support was satisfactory. However, it was only a short time before the quality of the support deteriorated. They ceased responding to my live chat messages and support tickets. This behavior is appalling, and I have been unfairly exploited. Furthermore, it is another form of theft!..
