Ordered a framed print for £30 but only been sent the photo, unframed, so disappointed as it was a Christmas present, managed to get a frame off Amazon but that was another £12. Feel totally ripped off and wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Ordered on the 6th December - kept delaying the proof of item - finally received it on the 13th and accepted on the 15th - paid for 1-2 day delivery and had nothing !! This was a gift for a family member so now I’m having to rush after work to get something !! It’s a shame as I have had an order from these before so I know it’s not a fake company but the fact there’s been no communication is disgusting - I’ve asked for a refund so I’ll see if that happens

Would like to give 0 stars if possible . Ordered well in time for Christmas still hasn’t arrive . I have emailed several times and messaged via there socials and had no response to any. Absolutely terrible service

Ordered my print on 3rd December, it said it was guaranteed before Christmas but still hasn’t arrived! Terrible customer service. Wish I had used a different company, seen a few on Google but unfortunately I went for this one. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered the end of November started of positive but think they cannot cope with the influx of orders at this time of year! I get it’s hard for small businesses so was trying to be patient.
I’m disappointed and won’t be making an impulse buy again in a hurry! Still haven’t received!

Ordered on 8th December. Approved the photo they did multiple times. But yet its not been delivered to me. I have emailed three times and had no response back! I am assuming this is fraud now I have looked at everyone else's reviews and all say the same!

It has finally arrived and I couldn't be happier with the quality of this gift it's beautiful exactly what i dreamed it would be like. The packaging was really secure to ensure nothing was damaged in transit during delivery.
Accepted the proof on 12th Dec and arrived today (22nd dec). Must admit thought id been scammed as there was no update on who the courier was and nobody was responding to my emails but guessing they were just so busy with the xmas orders will be ordering again.

Like many others, I wish these reviews were here two weeks ago! Ordered on December 12th with “guaranteed Christmas delivery” express delivery 1-2 working days. Nothing received and no response to email.

*Update - Picture received on the 24th of December. The picture is lovely, it’s a real shame their customer service is so poor as clearly this could be a great company, but they let themselves down by ignoring their customers and giving unrealistic delivery times frames.

Seems as though I am in the same place as others, ordered a month ago, still not received items, no reply to emails. Sent 3 now, will mark as fraud with my bank to get my refund.

Ordered 1st December and received the proof which I was happy with 5th December since then nothing!! No updates no replies to emails ( ive emailed 5 times) ill be requesting a refund from the bank today....AVOID this company!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago had no proofs, had a message to say needed more pictures which I sent, then sent a Facebook message saying I would receive proof the next day, received absolutely nothing!!
I have sent various messages and emails ignored all of them, will be contacting my bank to see if I can receive a refund
Absolutely disgusting of them knowing people are ordering for Christmas!! You wouldn’t mind if they least had the decency to contact you!! AVOID!!!

Can you do 0 stars?! Ordered 23rd Nov….. nothing. 3 emails requesting update….. nothing. Absolute scam! Avoid like the plague! Reporting as fraud if no updates by Monday 22nd.

Absolutely terrible, ordered 7th dec 1-2 day delivery and still nothing. They don’t respond to any emails. Waste of my time and money!!! The amount they charge they would make so much profit evn if they actually did the job because it doesn’t take much to print out a AI picture does it…. They would have had so much more business.

Ordered 5th December believing the 1-2 days express delivery. Ordered 2 items received the first proof quickly, a shames as it was really good. I then received an update on the second saying there was a delay. Received proof for the second but wanted to change it. Sent various emails but no replies after the initial txts and emails. Really wish I’d read the reviews on here first. I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank.

Ordered on Dec 2nd and like others I did start to think it wouldn’t arrive on time for Xmas but it turned up today and looks great

Never got my item. Requested a refund. Never heard. Never received a proof. Now missed the deadline as it was a Christmas gift. Scam company

Scam!!!
Ordered a print 07/12 - paid for express delivery (1-2 days). Took over a week to get the proofs which I approved straight away. I had texts before the proof saying a delay due to busy time (nothing on the site to state this) then nothing. It was apparently sent 12/12 according to shopify but have still not received anything, and they have not replied to any of my emails asking for an update. Looking on here they are blaming Royal Mail which is convenient being as they send no proof of postage or tracking, and only their specific product having the issues - sure!!
I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Placed my order on 4th December, says 1-2 days express shipping so assumed I would receive it the following week. Received the proof image on 10th December and at the same time on the shop app it said shipped.
I approved the image straight away and have had nothing since. I have sent several emails chasing and not had a response. I have now opened a dispute with my bank so hoping I get my money back.
I wish I looked at the reviews here first before buying!

Ordered on the 30th November for a Christmas present. Was sent the proof really quickly. I approved the proof and they said they’ll have it sent out asap. That was the last I ever heard from them. I have sent multiple emails, Instagram messages and comments and everything is being ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, I’m so disappointed. I hope to hear back soon or get a refund. Appalling.
