Firstly, I rated Olyndra London 4 stars as I never give 5. That said, the service and product received was very good. I purchased a pair of All-day ultra comfortable walker shoes. Delivery was pretty quick, the shoes are amazingly comfortable and very light. I will be honest, I was sceptical with the price but I am so glad I made this purchase. I later contacted Olyndra London for advice on cleaning the shoes and they were very helpful and prompt in their response. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which took 2 weeks to arrive. They weren’t packaged in boxes or in protective wrapper. They were very poor quality. Dented toe ends, poor glue quality. Toggles came loose and dropped off the lace ends. They also smelt awful. This is a company who fronts themselves as an English Company but are clearly Chinese. Their returns Policy is very poor. Their returns policy states 30 days return no quibble guarantee. I requested return by email. I was asked to send photos, which I did. I was given the option of free replacement or 10% refund. They only provided a returns address after 2 weeks and then claim that I was outside of the returns period. Shoes would never have reached China within 14 days return period. This is nothing but day light robbery. Never buy from this company. I will now never buy anything from China.

Although I asked before were they true to size they were not. Ordered a five more like a way too big. Asked to return but they offered 75%off of something else. I have shoes that are no good to me so requested a returns slip but have been ignored so disappointing I will never purchase from them again as they advertised easy returns untrue!

Sent wrong colour shoes and don't answer emails..Will be contacting bank to let them sort it out.

There was a slight delay with my order and the customer service team were excellent and kept me fully informed. I'm very pleased with my trainers.

Still waiting on them to reply with a return address for my Mum. Twice I have received an email saying that they would offer discount but all I want is to return the items as they are both nothing like the picture on their website. The clothing is totally the wrong size and bears no resemblance to the picture. I should have checked the reviews first. Wow have never seen so many negative reviews. No wonder they don't have reviews on their website.

Realy impressed by the advertising - price - and quality.

Having feet issues all my life, these have been the best purchase yet, so comfy, breathable and look stylish.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company, but immediately asked for a cancellation as I felt concerned that I had ordered the wrong size.
I received an email stating that a hold had been put on the order whilst I decided about the sizing. But I don't understand why it's possible to place a hold on an order before it's dispatched, but can't cancel an order beforehand.
But I am especially concerned and annoyed that I placed the order at all. One would think that the company is based in London as that is part of the name.
But no! If I have to return items, I have to send them to China (I only discovered this when I read the small print under refund policy after I'd placed the order, hence my urgent request to cancel).
Nice trick and false advertising! I know that to return 2 pairs of shoes to China because they don't fit will cost more than what I paid. So I'll be left with 2 pairs of shoes that I can't wear, or no shoes and out of pocket for the same amount of money!
Finally, I didn't realise until I received the invoice that I was charged a Priority Delivery fee, which I didn't know I had requested. This apparently means that the shoes would get to me in 2-5 days. I took this to mean that the company or warehouse is in England, as it's impossible to receive goods from China in this time frame.
I await the company's response.

The shoes are lovely. They are a slightly narrow fit and im a large size 8 so they do fit, but only just
I did have a problem with the delivery, but after I notified the retailer, my shoes were delivered promptly. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

I have just taken delivery a pair to Dunmere Utility Shorts and can honestly say that I have never been so disappointed. The shorts I have received are no more than an cheep imitation of what was advertised.
The shorts advertised appear to be made of hard wearing, maybe sail cloth type material, have a belt, and ruffled seams on cargo pockets.
The shorts I have received are extremely flimsy, have no belt, no pocket flap closure buttons or press studs, very poor white stitching, and the waist band button hole is too small for the button to go through. The pockets are no more than a patch of material sown on to the legs of the shorts. In fact they bear very little resemblance to the shorts advertised.
I purchased the shorts to wear when on a Kenyan Safari in October as they looked masculine, hard wearing and rugged in the advertisement. The shorts I have received are flimsy, certainly not hard wearing, have no style and I would be embarrassed to be seen in them.
I am naturally very disappointed and in the circumstances requested a full refund under their 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. They responded by offering to replace the shorts. I certainly did not the shorts replaced like for like and asked for a full refund for which I have had no reply.
This outfit should be avoided at all costs.

Dreadful!

No customer service. I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes, but they never arrived.

Lets just say I fell for it...

One star is generous.

Three orders sent in for 2 pairs of shoes and 1 shirt for myself and 1 dress, 1 blouse, 2 jumpers and 1 pair of sandals for the better half.

The last parcel of my order came today 13/08/26 having sent in my last order on the 25/07/26.

They come from China, not a London shop.... Obviously I have only just figured this out.

Though I would say there is nothing inherently wrong with the idea - most of what we buy comes from China these days anyway. It's just that the idea is, you will get them quickly from a jolly family run shop with the customer at its heart, along with a certain level of high quality carried with style and panache. Oh, that and residing in a high fashion London address with near next day delivery (if you pay extra), rest assured that you will not.

A total (as of today), 59 emails from them but no response to my emails requesting.... well, guess what?

The mens shoes are barely worth the price of £24 in the sale, discounted from £58, but I would rather go out and spend on a pair of Sketchers every day of the week - you can try them on before buying them and they will be fluffy cloud light and last longer than a weekend. If you buy these shoes you can forget trying to send them back for a refund. I might be able to use them perhaps a few times then bin them.

The mens shirt is supposably 2xl (yes, I am 6' 4" with a frame to love), but this shirt would struggle to fit a large frame and for size and style it would better fit a medium so that there is room for some air. The material is, however, to politely put it, awful.

Now the bride.... don't ask me what she has said, I've enjoyed the couch for the last few nights and silence. Silence that is, except for the 'what the hell were you thinking of' and a hand gesture to say 'don't think of replying'.

Dress - looks half decent in pictures but in real life is simply a printed piece of nylon material that might perhaps look half decent to a blind man on a galloping horse at midnight, in dense fog, from two miles away - providing he is looking the other way with his eyes closed whist being blindfolded. I think you might get the jist.
Blouse - For a review of this particular item, please read my previous statement M'Lud.
Jumpers - all labels cut out, very poorly put together and with odd threads left unfinished, at least the bin will be able to keep warm which in the middle of a 37 degree Celsius heatwave in the UK is totally unnecessary..
Sandals - OMG, straight out the door, though before trying them on they did seem to look nice, honestly dear.

You have been warned... unless you like sleeping on the couch and depleting your bank accountant and have a need for silence, in which case, feel free to enjoy the ride.

Product is good to poor.Sizing is an issue as say a 2XL is really an XL (smaller people in China??). Labels are cut out so what was on the original label cannot be checked. Very strange!!!
They will not make a 100% refund for their failures and do not follow standard UK legislative customer protection schemes.
Communication is also poor - takes time and then do not always direct questiions,
Beware!!!
On the good side some of the textiles product is good -apart from sizing issues mentioned.Shame as they could offer real value for money but they fall very short on expectations .

I bought 3x different colored pairs of shoes.
I thought I would pay the extra for the secure and faster delivery.
All I have received is a bombardment of emails from them. With various states of delivery and preparing to send my order . They also sent me offers of further discounts on other items they are selling.
A further week later, Still No sign of my purchases or any further information on ever receiving the parcel at all.
I am close to £70 out of pocket ,
This is yet another Facebook Rip off.
Facebook does nothing to protect their customers from these Scam advertisements.
I suppose at my age I should have learned by now. You cannot trust the offers that you see. No matter how tempting and well made the scammers advertisements appear to be.
I hope this message, saves anyone else from loosing their money.
Like something on line, DONT buy it on these sites at all.
Look for the Real sites and approach them directly instead.
Took me a lot of years to finally learn this lesson.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and month ago. STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED. They don't answer emails either. AVOID this business if you want a hassle free purchase. Have now opened a dispute with them via PayPal

If i had known how long my goods would take to arrive , i would never would have ordered from these people. Excuse after excuse. I also wish i had read reviews before parting with my money. I wuld have been better off buying from another cheap website. I would stay clear of these

SHOCKING - do not fall for the FAKE good reviews on facebook or any other site!

This company is not based in the UK, I found this out too late.

They charged me twice for delivery protection admitted their error but refused a refund! Offered me a credit on my account which is worthless as I will never order again.

GOODS have not arrived and cannot claim despite the purchased protection.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a really nice looking dress and a blouse from them. Took over a week to arrive and when they did the material was so cheap in looks and feel. My husband also ordered some shoes at the same time and they haven’t even arrived yet. I emailed them about not receiving the shoes with the order number listed and now over a week later, they haven’t answered my email. Waiting to see if he even receives them.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery.
