The buying process started well, with a 70% discount. However, without then purchasing additional items (foot pads, tea etc) you don't receive this 70% off, and get priced for the full amount. Misleading, and the charge is taken immediately, without the option to cancel in the shopping basket. Have tried to cancel my order, we'll see what they say.

SCAM..FRAUD... BE AWARE... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. WE ALSO ORDERED 1 BOX OF THE COFFEE.. THEY CHARGED ME 4 MORE TIMES AND DID IT AS AN AUTO SUBSCRIPTION... COMPANY WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I HAD TO ACTUALLY CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. BANK EVEN INDICATED IT WAS A SCAM... DO NOT ORDER..

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, I FILLED OUT THE ORDER FORM THEY GIVE YOU, THEN I GOT AN EMAIL, SAYING THAT THE ORDER WAS NOT PROCESSED CORRECTLY THERE END AND TO FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM AGAIN, WHICH I DID.... I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN 2 SETS OF MONEY, I LET THEM KNOW WITHIN 15 MINUTES THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN 2 PAYMENTS, ONLY TO GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND THEY WOULD RECTIFY IT, I WAITED HEARD NOTHING, SO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CANNOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AS THE 2 SETS OF COFFEE HAVE BEEN ALREADY SENT OUT, THEY SAID THEY TRY TO SEND OUT THE COFFEE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND IT WENT OUT WITHIN HOURS, I TOLD THEM THEY KNEW ABOUT MY 2 PAYMENTS WITHIN 15 MINUTES, NOT HOURS.... SO WHAT THEY DID WAS BULLSHIT.... AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW IT, I AM A LONE FEMALE PENSIONER AND I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT I NEED TO PAY FOR, I KNEW I SAVED ENOUGH FROM MY PENSION TO BUY MYSELF THIS ONE SET OF COFFEE TO HELP ME WITH WEIGHT DUE TO BEING A DIABETIC AND PUTTING ON WEIGHT WITH THE MEDICATION.... BUT I DID NOT BUDGET FOR BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THIS COMPANY.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I HAVE OTHER BILLS TO PAY, AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS.... THEY SAY ITS THEIR FAULT, BUT I AM PAYING THE PRICE FOR THEIR MESS UP, AND I AM SUPPOSED TO JUST SIT AND WAIT FOR NOTHING TO HAPPEN..... I AM GOING TO TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS WILL LISTEN.... The ordering process was easy. I haven't received my order as yet

I placed an order which was advertised at a special price of £17.
I was horrified to see £105 was taken.
I emailed to cancel the order and told I could have full refund.
However received another email to say order had been sent.
Very disappointed and will continue to get my refund.

My dealing with Wellaray so far has been very good. When I wanted to cancel my order but then changed my mind Mia was there to guide me through it. It wasn’t a problem to cancel or change my order.

I was satisfied with the purchase although I ended up getting 2 units not 1.

Read about the product. Wanted to try. Had a good offer online. When I finally got through all of the refusals for other junk my order price had more than doubled. Tried to cancel on Paypal and then my bank but the transaction went through with the speed of light. Considering next steps. Product may be valid but this kills any thoughts of accuracy for claims.
