Charged more than advertised

I placed an order which was advertised at a special price of £17.
I was horrified to see £105 was taken.
I emailed to cancel the order and told I could have full refund.
However received another email to say order had been sent.
Very disappointed and will continue to get my refund.

Good company to deal with

My dealing with Wellaray so far has been very good. When I wanted to cancel my order but then changed my mind Mia was there to guide me through it. It wasn’t a problem to cancel or change my order.

Pricing scam

Read about the product. Wanted to try. Had a good offer online. When I finally got through all of the refusals for other junk my order price had more than doubled. Tried to cancel on Paypal and then my bank but the transaction went through with the speed of light. Considering next steps. Product may be valid but this kills any thoughts of accuracy for claims.

I have just put a order in for one box…

I have just put a order in for one box at £20 plus shipping is £24.94, which is in pending at my bank. No problem with that but I do have a big problem with the other £47.97 that is also pending..!!! No email for my order. I have submitted complaint but nothing back as yet 😡😡😡 . Please stop this extra £47.97 order that i "DID NOT" order.

I have been intouch with a lady called Mia, who was very helpful at first, I thought the extra 3 boxes would be cancelled. Then she said that they have already been dispatched, so there was nothing else I could do but send them back, once they arrive. I have told her that I have agoraphobia and unable to do that. The funny thing is, according to the tracking, it hasn't been dispatched yet 😡😡😡.
I think i will leave it up my bank to sort out from here because clearly im being lied to

They added products to my order tried to cancel
My order 15 minutes later and they said it had been shipped and now will have to pay for return cost me more than I can avoid because of there dishonesty.
I feel I have been scammed
