Fabulous shoes. So comfortable and lightweight - this is my 2nd pair as I was so impressed with the first

Despite saying 3-5 days delivery it over 2 weeks , the shoes I ordered are not orthopaedic as claimed or a wide fit , however they are very light but can’t wear sox with them , stupidly I bought 2 pairs of different sizes to compare the fit ,I tried to cancel the order 2 hours later as I realised they were coming from China and would not arrive in time for my holiday but received an email 2days later saying this was not possible as they were already on their way which was a lie , then the kept bombarding me with emails to buy more from them ,these shoes can be bought temu for £14 and they are charging £28 .i blame myself for not checking this company beforehand, the moral is check before you buy

Poor quality then advised to return the to CHINA. I thought i was buying from London

Taken a week to get a return address. China! I’m expected to pay the cost, post office international tracked. The goods were not as described, and under the Consumer Act 2015 the company should pay for returns.
I asked on Facebook for where there shops are, think I have been blocked.

The delivery was good, shoes comfy but have a strong chemical smell from the soles and the spelling on the labels is atrocious! Nice to wear though

The Items that I ordered turned out to be nothing like the advertising photos I found them to be nothing but Cheap and Nasty Chinese rubbish not fit for purpose AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS in my OPINION

Advised shipping would be 5days, it wasn't, it took about 2 weeks (despite £2.99 being added to my order for 'priority shipping' (unable to remove this charge).
Material not as shown in advert, not a wool type mix, not even a knitted type, a printed pattern on some sort of stretchy leggings type material. The garment was totally shapeless and 'huge' should have been 42 inch bust but was 53 inches.
Emailed to complain and was told I could return goods (at my own cost) using royal mail international tracked to CHINA. But they had to receive it within 10 days of delivery (to me) plus they would send me the address details, bearing in mind they took a minimum of 3 days to reply to emails this was impossible.
Avoid at all cost, total scam , I am now going through PayPal to try + get
My money back but am not holding my breath

Have been informed that this is a fraudulent scamming company, breaking trading standards using the prefix London on their name, makes buyers believe they are based in UK. They aren’t.
Myrex takes the payments.
All goods made and delivered from China. Have now reported to UK authorities.
High rates of postage to return goods £10+ Terrible customer service- email only. Takes days for response.
Poor quality goods
Been trying for a week to get return instructions and refund, still waiting.

Ordered trainers and have not received!! They were meant to arrive by Yodal 2 days ago!! Company not answering emails and I have asked for a refund, will do a chargeback with my credit card if no acknowledgment of the refund request email today

. The eventually received goods were not as described or photographed. Poor quality synthetic material in super bright gaudy colours. When I wanted to return the item I was expected to pay postage to China, accept a 10% refund or 75% credit. Needless to say I would not be purchasing anything further from this company so not an acceptable resolution.
Exceptionally poor quality goods even worse customer service.
Avoid this company at all cost

DO NOT…please listen to me… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They send you something that doesn’t resemble what you see in the photo (in my opinion). If you need to return you have to contact them first. They don’t respond. And only give you a 2 week window to do so. The return address is CHINA!!!!!!! They have no contact number and no intention of contacting you back. AVOID THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I feel totally ripped off!

Arrived on and in good condition product was a great fit and excellent craftminship could not be more pleased with this product

stay well clear of this company! they are NOT BASED IN LONDON, they are in China, they take your money and add on another £2.99 for prompt delivery which takes 3 weeks! then if you want to return the goods, at your own expense of £15 they eventually send you an address which is a load of gobble de gook letters and not a valid address and you cannot send it via royal mail with this address as there is no correct postal code, but they insist it is sent via tracked international royal mail!
by the time you have waited again for them to answer your emails the 14 day window of opportunity to return your unwanted goods has passed so you end stuck with the goods, or they will offer you 10% of your money back ! which amounts to about £2.80 !! all the comments on the website as you browse for the lovely shoes! are all false comments i am sure, Please stay clear away from this company

Bought a pair of shoes, emailed to return them on receipr, 1 response from someone eluding to me "store manager" but no returns No. or address to send to. No tephone either

UPDATE: Company replied, contacted them as advised and YET AGAIN no response - absolute cowboys

Don't be fooled by the name, this is cheap rubbish from china.

They are a bunch of con artists. They lie about the product and then make it impossible to return it or get a proper refund. Cheap and nasty tat advertised as a quality knitted wool cardigan. After I complained to Paypal, they provided a return address - in Australia!!!

I bought some items almost 3 weeks now and till now I’ve not received them neither have they replied to my email follow up, despite stating order will take only 5 days but they keep bugging me with marketing mails every hour. This is such a horrible vendor disguising as a london based company.

Just awful, don't buy anything from this website

Wish I could give this company LESS than 1 star.
You put on a review….they answer it with an instruction to contact their Customer Service team…..you email them and they 1/ take their time replying 2/ say that unfortunately gone over their 14 day return time and then 3/ offer you a big discount on more crap goods or an Instant 10% refund and guess what, that never arrives either.
Avoid this company like the Plague!
