I ordered the print before reading the reviews, so I was really surprised when it was delivered a week after ordering. Really nice quality; I'm sure my son's going to love it.

Really bad experience so far. I ordered at the start of December, and it was advertised as a 1-2 day lead time. I had to chase up the proof a week later, received this and was told it'd be shipped out. Another week goes by, I have received no tracking number and no delivery. I've sent 3 emails and total silence, not even an acknowledgment. I can see on their Facebook page they are blaming Royal Mail but to be totally honest I don't even believe my order has been shipped. I've also been receiving other Royal Mail deliveries so this is just an excuse I'm afraid. They claim on their page all deliveries will arrive by Christmas, we'll see. Yesterday they were still advertising for Christmas delivery - seem happy to take your money but not deliver on their promise. It's a shame as the print looks really good. Maybe this review will make you reply to my emails??

Steer clear, con merchants
Wish id read the reviews sinner. No replies to any of my emails. Quick to take your money but you'll get no product. Absolutely shocking. Glad I bought in credit card because im about to take that money back straight away.

Horrendous company!!!! Wish I’d have looked at these reviews first!!! Ordered early December and still NO PROOFS!!!! Just keep getting texts saying they’ll be sent in the next 24 hours… AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are scammers

First proof received was clearly not my dog, just the same breed. They did send a revision which is great but then haven’t replied to any emails or social media messages. I this is a scam and will be disputing with my bank.

Placed an order over Black Friday- appreciate a busy time. They sent me a proof which I approved and replies via this email were really quick. They then advised me it would be sent by Royal Mail but if I wanted to buy the digital copy then there would be further cost. I did not need a digital copy as one would be fine! But this was 4/12/25… have sent 5 emails since and no reply whatsoever. Horrific customer service… now left out of pocket. Very angry and disappointed as it was to be a gift but I will never consider this company again. Avoid!

I placed an order and I was sent a proof. However I asked to change the design a bit and they replied saying that they would do this but it could take up to 7 days when they are busy. That was two weeks ago. I’ve emailed them to ask where the image is but I’ve not had a reply. I wish I’d looked on here before ordering from them.

Sadly it looks like I have also been scammed by this company. I placed an order and was sent two texts to say my preview had been sent to my email address - this never arrived. I’ve now sent five emails asking for the preview without any response. I doubt I will ever receive the order I’ve paid in good faith for

I ordered a dog photo in a frame, I ordered this on 24th November, its now 10th December and I still haven't received my item, I have sent out numerous emails, but only getting one reply saying it will be sent out I am yet to receive my item, any tracking details or an update on whats happening. I will not be ordering from them again.
