Do not waste your time & money on this scam company
100% disappointed

I recently ordered a print from this company & found the print just amazing. Such a great stocking filler.
I did receive messages from Hannah & she replied. The delivery perhaps was a little longer. But to be expected this time of the year & with such a fantastic gift selection on offer.

Don’t last. I got a pack today and my dog has managed with a cone to rip through two of them.

Chosen one star as it would not let me choose none. Delivery time stated 1-2 days, now 8 days later too late for the birthday gift. 5 emails sent and not even a reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on the 1st of September and its now the 12th.
The website states; "For physical prints, we opt for a 1-2 day shipping method, aiming for you to receive your order approximately 3 days after placing it".
Due to this advertised delivery timescale, I chose to order as believed it would arrive in time, even if turned out to be 5-7 days
I was advised, on the 10th - after I sent a chase email, there was a slight delay and would be dispatched today?
I've still not recieved it, or had any tracking information?
I was surprised that there was no offer of recompense, even for the postage charge.
Such a shame.

Once again no responces by email..
Account number and sort code missing from my account and i have wages being paid in. Joke.
This is the 2nd time already this year and its only may.

Saw these advertised on TikTok and placed an order. They were absolutely great and sent lots of updates via text. As soon as I confirmed I liked the finished picture, they let me know straight away when it was getting sent out. The picture itself is absolutely fabulous! Such a great idea and so much fun. I’m absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much ☺️

I fear I've lost my money. No proof received, no response to my email.
I hope they spend my cash on something nice!!

I HAVE ORDERED MANY MANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY . I HAVE five Sweatshirts on order and I cannot check their status because it says I have no orders in the Cue. HOW CAN THIS BE ?? There was no problem taking my money for payment , but now it seems I don't have an order ?? I would greatly appreciate the status of my order or am I going to have to disappoint at Christmas ? Please Let me know what the heck is going on or just refund my money.

Back in June, I emailed about an item i was interested in but never got a response. I constantly would get offers via auto-txt marketing. I allowed it, waited until the "deal" I was waiting for to arrive and ordered it. I got an order confirmation number in an email immediately. A week later I wanted to check the status so I emailed. Crickets for a few days. So, I emailed again. Still Crickets! Yesterday I sent a direct message on their Facebook. Crickets! If it's going to take a while due to holiday's, I understand. But a response would be nice. I hope I actually get it. 😟

I am not happy with this company at all. I appreciate the meaning behind it and that they give back to the dog community but I placed my order almost a month ago and still have not received it. I have sent 4 emails and reached out to them on instagram and i’ve. heard nothing back, Im moving this weekend and now I have to pay to redirect my order. EVERYTIME I go look at USPS for my package it says that they have been waiting for it since Sept 15th, almost 10 days ago. It’s honestly a little ridiculous. They say 1-3 business days to print and then a few more after that but almost a month is a little crazy.

I only ordered a print and digital file about 2 days ago. I don't normally write reviews but I'm so pleased. Very quick receipt. Hannah sent me a proof to check I was happy. It's perfect looks like my pup is actually in a pub with a pint. It's a fun gift. I love it.

Ease of finding and selecting what I wanted. Reasonable time between ordering and delivery. Outstanding products made from quality materials, and a great fit

Bought a human size circular nap bed for my dogs to share. The circular centre is made of memory foam and I have no problem with the centre part, but the outside bolster cushion which goes all the way around the outside, is made using multiple tiny pieces of foam, wrapped in the most flimsy of white nylon type material. This nylon type material tears, punctures and rips so easily, that it is almost inevitable that when you remove the bolster padding to launder the bed cover, that it ends up tearing and spilling hundreds of tiny pieces of its foam bits. It then becomes next to useless attempting to put the bolster padding back in the cover, because many more foam pieces spill out. As I said though, the centre part with memory foam is fine. So, having had to give up trying to re-insert the outer ring bolster pad, the bed became useless. Because the centre part was fine, I thought I'd order a new human size nap bed for my dogs having seen their Web page stating free shipping on all metro orders over $49. I placed the order, and went to the checkout, only to notice they had added an additional charge of $65 for shipping! Since the bed I had ordered cost over $200, and their site stated free metro delivery on orders over $49, to then add an exta $65 is a rip off. I contacted them, only to be told my postcode is not included in their free metro delivery, despite my postcode being in a metro area! Terrible misleading advertising! Poor customer service.

I ordered the mystery monthly subscription shirts and keep getting the same one. Is this normal? I thought they would be different every month.

I emailed the company many times regarding a return and NO RESPONSE

Everything was great but I ordered an XL since it was 100% cotton but it did not shrink up enough to fit me so I had to give it to my daughter, it’s still a great shirt, I’ll just order a large next time!

I love these shirts! Great designs and I love that they help so many dogs!

I had a little issue with package saying delivered but wasn't. The package did finally arrive and I'm very happy with my purchase!!
