Hello Alicia! I checked your tracking and it does say delivered to your door. I would call your local DHL office and see if there is some confusion with the delivery. Unfortunately, all we can do is rely on the information they give us... which does say delivered. Please reach out to our customer support when you hear back from DHL.

PAWZ HELPS DOGS

I want to support companies that give back, and top on my list is to help all animals that have been abandoned or mistreated by the human animal of man.
PAWZ does this, while providing very good quality merchandise celebrating all the joys of dog ownership!

Hello - we believe this review is about a different company. Our company is Pawz.com - and we do not sell these "indestructible" toys. Please review who you ordered this from and let us know if you have any other questions

PAWZ is a wonderful organization with great shirts, sweatshirts, and much more, and they donate to no-kill shelters. This is why I brought a beautiful sweatshirt from them that I am proud to wear, to show my support and theirs.
