I don’t know if this company is even real at this point. I placed 2 orders before Christmas 2025 they did not come I made contact with the company and didn’t hear back so got a refund through my bank. My bank managed to make contact with the company who contested my refund claim therefore the bank took the refund back. I’ve now been back and forth emailing the company for about a month, they’ve admitted to not sending the orders and contesting the refund. Have asked for my PayPal details to refund me? As if I’d give them anymore of my details after this. I don’t know what they are playing at but I’m going to have to take this to citizens advice.

Ordered in December as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I did not receive, and requested a refund through the bank as I emailed the company 3 times for an update, and nothing was recieved back.
I received the print, but as I was unable to contact the company, I was unable to return the payment.
Fast forward, and they then email asking for payment. I misread the email, and replied asking how to pay. I received no email back once again. I followed up once more, again no response. However, I re-read the email I had received and realised there was a link to make payment. I did so, as I did receive the item, however it was only then I got a response to say thank you for paying! Though the prints are of good quality, customer service is completely non-existent. This lets the company down massively, as if they got this in order, there is chance for a great success!

I was delighted with my photo! Great communication and quick delivery, would definitely recommend this company 10/10!

Ordered my dog picture for my husbands birthday on Wednesday and it arrived with Royal Mail today, took two days. Fantastic service lovely picture and nice frame. Five stars from me. Do not let negative reviews put you off.

I absolutely love my framed picture and shot of my dog. The overall service was quick and Hannah was very helpful and responsive. Having spoken to her it was clear they had issues at Christmas time some of it driven by Royal Mail. I can only give positive reviews given my experience

Absolutely loved the the picture Hannah did of my dog in a Chelsea shirt with a pint couldn’t be happier. Once payment was made the digital version was sent within the hour and the physical copy came a few days later will definitely be using them again

Complete scam - ordered and nothing arrived and no answers to numerous email attempts.

Raised a dispute with my bank and they have reclaimed the money from the seller - recommend you all do the same

Total scam DO NOT BUY! please be wary of this company. We've has very little communication and only when pushed time and time again.
We were given so many excuses and we gave the company plenty of opportunity to fulfill the part of the purchase but eventually we asked for a refund after 2 months. Now they are saying they gave a refund and if it's not in the bank it's the banks fault! Yeah, sure! Laughable to be honest and the money wasn't a lot (£16)which is probably why there aren't too many reviews because most people will not be worth their time.
Hopefully these lot grow a backbone and refund their customers but I highly doubt it!

Absolutely awful 'company'. My wife ordered a product in early December, for which they took the money. Nothing was delivered and ZERO COMMUNICATION, despite multiple attempts to contact them. We are now in February and the product still hasn't arrived. How can they take money and essentially just keep it?? PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with this so-called 'company', who are basically thieves. SCAM!!!

Orignally ordered for a leaving present on the 5th Jan - Inital contact was ok - had a proof within 5 days and i asked for an ademendment. That is where it wetn silent and no contact for 2 weeks after emails on the email address provided, the email then started bouncing back and i looked at the reviews and realised the everyone had the same experince. I actually got my money refunded by my bank after reporting as a scam.
The best thing i did was use the proof picture and used ChatGpt and the photo i managed to create myself was 10x better which is a shame because i did want to support a small business. Update - i had a follow up email on 28th Jan apologising and if i was happy they would send my picture out but again radio silence since.

I ordered a personalised gift for my husband on 6th December 2025. They sent me a preview image, but it wasn’t even my dog. I immediately asked for it to be corrected and hoped it would arrive in time for Christmas. After that, I heard nothing — no reply, no amendment, no refund, nothing.
It’s now February 2026 and I’m still waiting. Extremely disappointing service. Avoid at all costs.

Took order and money. Terrible proof sent of a random Lab not my photo. Then no contact since for couple months and ignored all my emails and requests for refund. Contacted credit card company who sorted refund. AVOID!!!!!
EVERY review is same as i have experienced. They had Fb page now gone probably due to hundreds of comments on over Xmas period.

Ordered print in Nov as Xmas present, was sent the edit shortly after and said I was unhappy as it looked like AI slop — nothing like the social media ad.

They came back with a ‘fixed’ version which I was still unhappy with so asked for a refund. Was told no as the ‘artists’ had already created images for me. Artists?! You mean ChatGPT?

After being refused refund, told them to send it anyway. It is now the end of January 2026 and I have not received my image. They are a nightmare to contact and don’t respond.

Placed an order on 31st December, money was taken straight away. Proof was sent to me for approval which I did straight away. I didn't hear or relieved anything so sent three chasing emails both to the proof email address and the hello email adrease which were all unanswered. Contacted them through the contact us form on thier website, the next day Hannah sent me a very apologetic email saying sorry for the delay which was due to Christmas and new year closures and thanking me for my patience. My order arrived yesterday by tracked Royal Mail. From order to delivery was 17 days. Cons - lack of response and even if the framed print was going to take a couple weeks, unanswered emails and the reviews on here (which i didn't read before ordering) would make any customer jittery. Pros - I was recommended to the site after a friend had a great looking framed print. My frame print is brilliant and well worth the price and the wait.

Absolutely gutted that I have fallen for a scam, last time I ever buy anything I see on a advert on social media. Ordered before Christmas and as everyone else has said I got the proof but nothing and no replies to my emails. Hope others don't get robbed like we all have.

I ordered a picture, they responded immediately with the prototype which i asked for a few edits on and they said yes. Then it was radio silence - it’s been 2 months, never received and I have asked for a refund several times.

Appears I'm in the same situation.
Order placed Nov, agreed print. No item has arrived and I've had no reply to any emails I have sent,l.

Initially I gave a bad review but the company had explained that they had new systems in place and it had caused some issues.
I finally got my print and it is fantastic. I am very happy with it. Thank you

Ordered a framed print for £34 on 13th December, received the print without the frame on Christmas Eve. Was meant to be a Christmas present. I understand that mistakes happen but there has been no reply to any of my several emails. Please just do the decent thing and refund people who have been let down by you, as there seem to be A LOT!

Ordered well before xmas, asked for a refinement to be made and not heard anything back from the company. 4 emails later and still nothing. The wost customer service I have ever experienced from a company, avoid.
