Revieved the proof quickly but has never been sent & no response to any emails. Complete scam! This was a christmas present!

Ordered beginning of December wanted for the 19th didnt arrive in time. Emailed and no reply. Arrived a few days later. Quality wasnt good paid £17 and very disappointed. A friend suggested chatgbt I tried that and got a much better picture which I got printed for less than £3. I do not advise you use this company. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Same comments as the other disappointed customers. Taken my money and nothing received. No response to any of my messages. No integrity or customer service, especially as they are letting people down over Christmas as excited to give as a present.

Ordered a Christmas present for a family member on 15th dec. Was assured on 17th dec my order would be with me for Christmas. Wasn’t here for Christmas. It’s now 6th January & I have emailed over 3 times and have had no response. It’s a shame I’m writing a bad review for a small business but it’s just so wrong that they’re blatantly taking people’s hard earned money. I have requested a refund. Do not order from Personal Pawz it’s a scam.

I placed and order on December 13th and received a copyrighted image on December 17th asking if it was okay to be sent or if amendments was needed. I replied instantly asking for corrections and have not heard anything back since. I have emailed 5 times as this is the only way of contacting with no response. They have just taken a large amount of my money and scammed me. This company needs shutting down!

I never write Trustpilot reviews but feel in this situation it is needed. I ordered a print well before Christmas and I’ve had nothing from them. I’ve emailed, no response, chased, no response and my order still has not arrived. Shocking. Fake company and a complete total scam. Looking at their reviews this place needs taking down.

Wish I’d read the reviews first, taken my money for granted delivery for Xmas and still waiting, no response to emails.

Ordered 2 prints for Christmas. First one arrived and it was perfect. The second one I ordered an hour after ordering the first one did not arrive. No reply to emails. They were quick to answer emails when I was tracing up the proof for one of the pictures but now silence. Very disappointing.

Ordered a mug on 10th Dec. Have sent 4 emails with no response. This was a xmas present so very disappointed

They did send the print but I’d paid for it framed , £30 for a print ! No response to numerous messages from

Ordered with guaranteed Christmas delivery on 15th Dec. Received the proof on 18th Dec and heard nothing since…

I never leave reviews but I hope someone will read this before ordering from this company. Like most of the other people I placed an order in plenty of time for Christmas and I received my proof within a day or two, I approved the proof on the day it arrived and then nothing! I sent lots of emails and messaged on instagram but didn’t get any response at all, until a couple of days before Christmas I put a 1 star review on their website, to my surprise I received 2 emails from them regarding my review! In the second email they informed me that the reason I hadn’t got my picture was because I hadn’t approved it when it was sent, completely untrue! They then basically told me that they were going out of their way to produce my picture and get it sent, which I have to say they did and it arrived on Christmas Eve so I did get it in time for Christmas, however I think if I hadn’t put the review on their website I wouldn’t have got it! Just to add I then found out that my kids can produce these pictures on their phone in an about 2 mins. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACTUALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXSIST. Absoutely no customer service, they do not respond to any emails, sent 3 and even messaged on Instagram. I was duped in paying the extra to have my print framed, frame was never sent no emails have ever been replied to. DO NOT USE COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered 27th november. Received the proof copy and approved and was told it was sent through royal mail on 4th December. Was a christmas present for my brother and sister in law. I've left it this long as I assumed Christmas post would have left a serious delay but its Christmas eve and nothing through. I waa hoping it would arrive between Christmas and new year but reading the comments on these reviews I dont hold much hope. Absolutely devastated. When money is tight and Ive trusted a company who doesn't appear to have any care for their customers. I hope this is a genuine honest mistake on their part. But I dont hold kuch hope.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service, no emails responded to. Did not receive in stated time. No email to confirm it had been sent, no replies asking whether it had been, or if the digital one could be sent in the meantime (despite offering it for £10!). Genuinely disappointed as was a gift for my daughter. I'm not entirely convinced that they're operating in the UK, as it has been mentioned they are US based. No information on companies house either.

Wish I'd have read reviews before ordering, ordered on 5th Dec as guaranteed christmas delivery, no proof received which I chased. I made a comment on one of their FB advertisements that I was still awaiting proof and my emails were being unanswered to which they messaged me back on FB. I was then sent my proof to which needed amending and heard nothing again after that, I chased again to be told as stated on their website they have 7 days to send out the proof. I have given up now & lost faith, have asked them for my money back but nothing since either through FB or emails. If they can't keep up with demand then they shouldn't be offering christmas delivery on their adverts. I am extremely disappointed my Husband will not be getting this for Christmas now, I was very excited for him too. AVOID!!!

Replacement review. I have just received my order today in time for Christmas and I am so pleased with it. I did originally leave a negative review as honestly didn’t think it was going to arrive in time and had ordered on 10th December. Can understand why they didn’t answer my emails as can imagine they are very busy with Christmas orders . My only negative would have just been to reply to emails so customers are aware what’s happening. Would just advise ordering with plenty of time . But the quality of the item is absolutely brilliant . Was packaged very well for delivery to. Thank you

Ordered around 11th Dec 2 prints of dogs In Southend shirts. Received this morning - super quality. Correspondence poor but suspect overwhelmed by Christmas orders. I would definitely use again
