I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my jumper. Took over a month to arrive and the quality of the jumper received to that advertised is an absolute lie. Advertised is a good quality knitted jumper actual jumper received was a polyester printed jumper. A complete con of a company, states it’s London based company but my parcel arrived from china which explains the length of time it took to arrive. Do not waste your money!

Scam! Avoid, avoid avoid.
Can't believe I've been so stupid to be conned by a company claiming they have a clearance sale.
Items ordered from instagram advert claiming its a London company with a clearance sale. It's all a scam. Items ordered 29.12.24 and took 4 weeks to arrive. I asked the company to cancel my order after 7 days as they still hadn't shipped it and i started having concerns, they refused. I've asked my bank to dispute the payment.
Updated- items arrived and absolutely shocking quality and not classy cashmere like the picture. After a lot of arguing with them they have sent return information. My bank is still disputing the payment.
WARNING ....DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS AS THE GET LOST IN THE CHINA POSTAL SYSTEM. I returned mine at the cost of £27 and they are stuck in the china's postal system as taxes need paying. Another really stupid mistake. The bank is still disputing the payment so hopefully I've not lost all my £100.

Absolute scam no registered business address shown on site (illegal) and send you shoddy goods from china that you can’t return

This company is an absolute con, my jumper arrived after about 6 weeks, however it is not a knitted jumper it's a polyester top with a knitted design printed on it, absolute waste of money.
Do not fall for this shocking company.

Item took nearly a month to arrive, shipped from China? Quality is terrible and customer service almost non existent. Most of the reviews here ring true to my experience. The item i purchased was made out to be a sweater (wool), it is nothing like the picture,basically a cheap sweatshirt with the wool design printed on it. Very poor. Don't fall for it, read the reviews.

Exactly the same experience as the other reviews. Company is based in China. Jumper took over 3 weeks to arrive and was nothing like what’s advertised. Colours were not similar at all and very poor quality. Its taken 4 emails to get a return address from them, to then find out it is to be returned to China.

I bought a jumper from this website and the quality is awful! This company was advertised in instagram as closing down and that it supply’s clothing all over London and was established in London. This is false advertising!
Please do not fall for the scam! The clothing is shipped from china and takes weeks to arrive! Quality is terrible and it’s not as advertised. Pictures are completely different to what you receive!

Absolute scam ! Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before ordering . I ordered a Christmas jumper in a sale from a closing down sale in London . Not ! I have had ongoing emails from the company and I have to return the product to china which I pay for .

Please do not buy anything from this company . They should be ashamed of themselves . Working for a company who advertise falsely . Scam scam scam ……

Absolute 0 stars!! I’m annoyed with myself that’s I’ve basically been fooled by a ‘shop’ that was advertised as ‘closing down’ I purchased on 21/12 and I’ve yet to receive. I’ve contacted customer service with a query as it says Royal Mail tracking number but in fact it’s coming from China. They fobbed me off with an email to say be patient as it was over Christmas etc. but when I’ve checked today the tracking- It’s still at the airport?!!!

I now know I’ve been scammed and I’ve logged it with PayPal but I doubt il get a refund. There should be a way to notify instagram that they are corrupt, robbing bastards. I’m so annoyed!! Please do not be fooled as they’re still on instagram with their fake website.

I would give no stars if I could. Similar experiences to those below. Ordered a Xmas jumper which looked gorgeous in pictures and like a knitted jumper. It’s the poorest quality jumper which is printed to look like knit. It’s actually comical how bad it is.

I’ve emailed customer services but have little hope. I’ve taken it up with my bank as this is clearly a scam.

Total mis-selling. Says they use Royal Mail. They don’t. Took a month to arrive. The item is not as pictured. Clearly not in London. Also showing trustpilot stars on their website (visually not with name) as over 4/5 stars. Also a lie. I hope this company can be stopped.

Do not order from this company. Took a month to arrive. Said it was from London but tracking said it came from China. Sizing is way off size 12/14 would fit an 8 year old. Supposed to be cashmere but it’s nylon. A total scam!

I did exactly the same as the previous review. Thought I’d check the company but was scammed with shoddy product. Tracked also around Evri and airports! They did reply straight away when I queried my item taking almost 4
Weeks but when I finally received it and complained ….. nothing!!! Still going to try for a refund.

Same as all the reviews, I would give a negative score. This is a fraud. I received sweatshirts with a print of a jumper on it. So disgusting. Absolutely not what I ordered or thought I was ordering.

I can only add to the other warnings that this is a complete scam! All their marketing cleverly suggests they are a UK based company selling high quality clothing. I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers in December and have only had dodgy tracking details, at one point suggesting it was in the hands of Evri, then at an airport, then clearing customs etc. Of course, they are very sorry that they can’t cancel the order as it’s in transit 🙄
I fully expect to eventually receive two tatty printed polyester sweatshirts which will go in the recycling!
I thought I’d checked their website thoroughly but I was fooled - don’t make the same mistake as I did! 🙁

I echo everything that has been written by the previous reviews. Ordered a Christmas jumper, thinking it was a UK company from their own website. Item meant to be here by Christmas but after several emails and a supposed attempted delivery the item has arrived today and does not resemble the item that I thought I was buying.
Clearly a very sophisticated scam. Would give zero stars if possible. Please avoid at all costs.

Like so many others here, I too, have been scammed with wrong colours, fabrics, 2 months to post etc etc.
Given you have to pay for the return to China, has anyone actually go their money back? Can anything be done so to help others avoid this type of scam...report to anyone/anything/companies house/police (dont laugh!) etc?

Would give no stars but not possible ….all I can do is reiterate everything said by previous people. This is a very sophisticated scam website and returns are to China through track and trace only, but no mention of this on website and due to their wording this makes it nigh on impossible for any recourse from your credit card. Avoid at all costs

Scam scam Scam! Avoid! Ordered a jumper in their ‘closing down sale’ . It took a month to arrive and the item is not a jumper . It’s very thin , cheap nylon type material with a cheap print of the actual jumper on it . No label , says it’s Made in China. Their website gives London as the company address yet clearly it was shipped from overseas (China likely ). Their website looks very professional and had me fooled. After reading all the other reviews , it seems there’s no point sending it back as they are scammers. Came across them advertising their closing down sale on Instagram. Wish I’d come here first . Don’t be fooled like I was. Remain vigilant to these ‘companies’ you’ve never heard about.
