I ordered some footwear that didn't fit properly so I am in the process of trying to arrange a return and refund. This is proving very difficult indeed. Every reply I get from customer support is trying to make me accept a replacement, which I don't want and have told them numerous times. I am now considering taking this matter to trading standards. They have a return policy that they clearly don't adhere to
