I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I was looking for a particular designer dress and this company catfished me using the designer as a “ name for the dress “ on reading the reviews I opened a dispute with my bank and was credited the money whilst they investigated. Unfortunately Olivia & Rose London 😂 were able to provide proof of postage so the money was returned to them.
Luckily for me the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the shipping company emailed me to confirm the parcel was lost.
I contacted the company 😅and sent proof of the lost parcel and of the bank transaction returning the money. I was advised by Olivia & Rose 😂that they hadn’t received the money so could not refund me.
I am currently in the process of a second dispute with my bank who will hopefully sort this out.
Anyway, rant over, but you have been warned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT IN LONDON THEY ARE FROM CHINA !!!!!!!!!

You will not be able to get a full refund as the company makes it incredibly difficult! Quality of dress was terrible. Item didn’t look like the advertised product! This website needs to be reported and removed!!

I ordered a dress the material was really bad ! Nothing like the picture no labels on dress . Asked for a refund and was told it’s to much hassle but to keep dress and pay for postage to get something . I couldn’t even get a refund . Wish I would have read reviews. Don’t order from this site

Please do not order from here. The dress arrived and it looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website. False advertisement. The dress was horrendous! Quality was terrible and it was tiny. Complete nightmare trying to get a refund. The don’t respond or when they do they try to offer store credit. As if I would want another item of clothing from them.

It’s a shame I’m giving it 1 star! How on earth is this company still going?? Absolute SCAM avoid with all costs, literally going around in circles with emails offering me an alternative product and then credit me.. No thanks just wanted a refund but there’s more chance of me plating fog!! Products are utter crap also DO NOT BE SCAMMED like me!!

Absolute con stay away from this website at all cost I’m very disappointed. Claim. to be based in London, however, they are in China. what I ordered to what I got, straight in bin.Oh and took over 2 weeks to arrive. Please , please avoid buying anything off this company.

web site very deceiving, looks like a UK company named Olivia Rose London, registered in UK. Advertised as easy returns which couldn't be further from the truth. Returns are to China at own cost with no advice on what happens with customs and duties tax when received in China. When enquiring about returns, the address is not even a warehouse, it was a room number in a tower block and lots of information about if items are not returned in a certain way, refunds would not be given. I imagine items would be held at customs and either left there or customs fees deducted from your refund, no correspondence about estimated tax costs.
The dresses were very poor quality and sizes way off! I would avoid this company and other similar ones. At least Shein have an excellent returns policy and their products are much better quality.

If only I’d read the reviews before ordering!! STAY CLEAR of this shambles company.
The item looked perfect online, I ordered the item in 2 colours and the same size, they arrived in two different sizes and the material was utterly diabolical!! I tried to return given I’d not even tried one of the dresses on, and I’ve encountered nothing but a nightmare with ‘customer service’. Back and forth emails of them offering me 20%, 30% and the. 40% refund rather than returning. I declined and requested a refund over 4 times. Eventually I was given a returns address which was in CHINA, not the returns address listed on the package labelling. I was told I had to pay for shipping and customs costs and I was liable if the item never arrived with them. Utter utter appalling service and a ripoff ‘company’.

This company is a scam, I really wished I had looked at the reviews first but I was so wowed over with the dress on the website that I just didn't stop and think. Its a typical Chinese company that will send you a dress that is nowhere near the quality you will see on the website or on social media....dont be fooled by the western girl walking on the treadmill.... the dress that turned up was hideous. Then the co.pany proceeds to say have a 10 or 20 or 30% refund and keep the dress. The alternative is to send in back to China and incur costs. I am trying to get my bank to dispute this. The dress isn't worth £4.70, I paid £47

Shocking company. Dress came, nothing like the image on website.
Trying to return for full refund is impossible.
Although it clearly states on their website if the fault is with them then they are responsible for return shipping.
I have sent so many emails & response started of at 20% refund & keep the item, then 50% refund & keep the item.
I just want to return at their cost for full refund. They will not pay return cost,
IF ANYONE HAS MANAGED TO GET A RETURNS LABEL LET ME KNOW HOW as im also reluctant to pay out for shipping to CHINA!

To all that had bad experience with this company- which is everyone from the looksof it- this is scam and you can report it to your bank for dispute. Those misleading practices are against the UK law. They gave non existent adress in China for return- that's a fraud. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Hope you all get your money back for this shite that looks worse than shine dresses...

This company is not in London.
In China, dresses are cheap & not how they are advertised, when return was requested they did not offer this instead credit notes. This scam should have been shut down with the amount of complaints.

Dont ever order from them they shouldnt be allowed to trade the way they are. Completely misleading to consumers .

This company should be investigated for fraudulent practice.
They appear to be using China as their source. My item took from 27th March to 135h April to arrive. Updates revealed that it was being shipped from abroad. Had I known that I would not have ordered.
Item was nothing like the illustration, shoddy material and the wrong size. All attempts at contacting them have been ignored. They have effectively stolen my money! As a pensioner I am not happy.

This is a Scam. NOT a London based or even UK based company. Order took ages to come. No Tag/label looked like it was previously worn. Ordered a jumpsuit it was badly cut, came up really small and cheap material - Not at all as described.No returns address. They make you send photos to the email. Looking at previous reviews I don't hold out much hope in returning so shall dispute payment.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL. The company is completely a scam. After 2 weeks, my dresses arrived to say they were low quality is an understatement. For the prices of the dresses the materials were cheaper, seams loose and parts of the dress don’t match. Secondly, the customer service is horrific, despite the request for a full refund they ignore my request and kept only giving me options of store credit, partial refund and exchange. Whatever you do - stay away from this brand!!

Total scam. Bought a beautiful looking dress online. What I received was totally different and poor quality. I’ve had prettier looking kebabs.
