This is a scam - do not buy. Their warehouse is in China. The images are not representative of the product you will receive. Poorly made, and they will do everything they can to avoid giving you a refund.

Total scam site….. sent cheap made rubbish after spending £40 on linen trousers that look like a child had made them…. Refused refund just offered partial refund, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Would give no stars if I could. Scam company. No way to return, ignored emails, item not as described and was a complete rip off.

I wish I had read reviews before buying. Wait time for delivery wasn't as bad as for some others (10 days). However item is definitely not suede and is a cheap material which looks nothing like the picture online. I have asked for a refund but I fear I have lost my money. Definitely a scam!!!

If you’re thinking of ordering from this company Don’t. I ordered a trench jacket which when it came was poor quality and sizing, and was told it would cost £20-£30 to return , and was advised to keep it ( even though it looks rubbish) and gift it to someone I know, lol , what a joke…..or they could offer me 20% of the price I paid for it, which definitely is not worth it. I will not be buying from this company again. Item took a month to get here and they only except returns after 14 days from order. STAY CLEAR !

A complete scam. No communication, no purchase, no acceptance of purchase whether it be by email or text. We live and learn I guess. Never again.

Not worth one star.
Long shipping time, received jacket and not worth the money, would get something of better quality from Temu or SHEIN for a fraction of the price.
Not going to even bother to look into returning it as it looks like I’ll spend more money to return it and still not get a refund. Don’t be fooled by the fact it looks like it’s based on the UK, it isn’t.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, SCAM.

So first of all I wasn’t even able to make a payment go through, so from the start there were problems. After I made the order they then sent me an email saying that due to the warehouse being under construction and gave the opportunity for a refund or to wait for the order. I chose to wait. They then send me another email saying that a refund had been made at my request when I hadn’t requested one. I contacted them and told them I wanted the order which they said they would happily go ahead with. I then get another email saying that they had gone ahead and processed the refund.
This website is fraudulent and I do not believe they have products to sell. I believe if I had not argued the way I had they would have intended to either keep my money or when the time came of shipment it would have been “lost in transit”. Had I not argued as much as I had due the unnecessary stress they caused through emails I do not believe I would have had the refund. A refund that I had not requested!! This went on for about 3 weeks!

I have the evidence to support all of this in emails and I have no problem sharing them if they are asked for!!

Awful horrible scammers. Do not get tricked. Clothing terrible and impossible to return to china.

Clothes were very bad quality. Tried to return for a refund but the cost of return was huge and process too complicated. Customer service got back to me and were friendly but they could not do anything. AVOID.

Do not buy from this company. I tried to cancel day after I ordered but they wouldn’t let me. Arrived weeks later. Poor quality , terrible fit and can only be returned to China. They offered me 15% to keep it. I’ve disputed with my bank as I feel they are con artists.

I stupidly fell for their on-line advertising of lovely looking clothes. I spent nearly £50 for a cardigan and jumper. They took several months to arrive and were nothing like the photos. Cheap fabric and definitely not "Cashmere".
I complained, and they made the process of refunding so complicated, I nearly gave up. I then contacted Paypal, who where equally useless, saying I had to return the items - to China. Once they acknowledged receipt, then a refund might be issued. I suspect I was emailing the Paypal rep at OliverandRose. I then, even more stupidly, posted the itmes back to them in China, costing another £18. I tracked the parcel, which sat in customs in China for months. I then ultimately gave up seeing my £70 ever again.
But 7 months later, the package was returned to me as undelivered. Thank you Royal Mail!!
I will never pay for overseas goods on Paypal again. I gather from other reviews that those who paid by credit card were given refunds. I think these companies are very good at appealing to certain market. The clothes in the photos are well cut and simply designed. They are very cheap for what they claim to be great fabrics. ie linen, cotton, 100% wool etc.
I am much wiser now.

Do not be tricked into using this company which I found on Instagram. The dress that I ordered looked perfect in the photos BUT a complete scam! Poor material, poor shape, poorly made. Chinese supplier and no chance of receiving a total refund.

One star is one too many for this scamming outfit. I ordered 2 oversized ‘ chunky knit’ jumpers in Dec 24 which arrived a month later in Jan 25
Disgusting quality, no labels , skimpy sizing and bore no resemblance to images online. Have had same experience as other reviewers with refund negotiations via e mail, promises of 50% refund has never materialised. How are companies like this allowed to trade ??. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROGUES. The only positive is that I now ALWAYS check a company name with Trustpilot before buying anything online

Scammers, dishonest and disgraceful!

Appalling quality, returns to China at an extortionate cost. Refunds promised but never happened.

If I could give less than one star I would as this company is the worst I have ever come across! I ordered a coat that was eventually delivered and it was the wrong size. They said I could return for a refund but I had to pay the cost of sending it back to China which was £25 for their error!! They agreed to refund 50% without me returning but this has never materialised despite me chasing multiple times. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!

AVOID THIS SITE as previous comments, the dresses I received were far from what I was expecting, as per their website.
The company purported to be a London based fashion company, established for 8 years proving quality craftsmanship.
The items I received were poor quality dresses, awful material, stitching poor.
A waste of my money.
I requested a return form, they offered me a 10% discount to keep.
Due to the cost of shipping to China and customs clearance, seems will cost me just as much to return without any guarantee of receiving a refund.

Unfortunately I cannot rate lower than 1 star. This has been the single worst online purchase experience. I have 6 months of emails communication with their customer service department following every step of their refund process without any refund yet. They have confirmed receipt of my item and has been sitting with their payments department to process the refund for multiple months.

The product, falsely advertised, and overpriced for the poor quality.

Please stay away, this company should not be allowed to operate in the UK
