If I could put 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your money on this company. It's Chinese garbage! You will not receive what you think you'll receive and they will make it near impossible for you to return. Just NO NOT waste your money.

Absolutely shocking the quality the look the fact it’s totally different to what it says. Cheap and falling apart. Trying to sort refund should have known it’s an utter scam.

Awful, i ordered a coat and it is cheap and nasty. It is not like the design either. Noone from this company is replying. It is a scam chinese company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Would give 0 stars if I could. Products are cheap, do not fit and impossible to return.
They kept emailing me offering money off my next order or a 10% refund and keep the items.
When I finally got the return address, you have to pay to send them back to china. Absolutely atrocious.
Do not buy from here.

It's certainly that the website is a scam. Does anyone know what can be done to close down the website ? Can we all make an official complaint? Does anyone have any ideas ?

I would put 0 stars if possible. I can’t believe I’ve been scammed by this website, in 2026 too!! Do NOT be fooled by the Instagram and TikTok adverts (cleverly posted with their comments switched off), these dresses could not be further from the truth. I ordered a £45 dress, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was completely different, cheap, not floor length and a completely different colour. When I requested a refund, they offered me another item from the website for free - and I could keep both items (red flag), when I insisted on a full refund, I had to pay for my own postage to China, and the delivery address was to a random apartment, directed to a Mr Wang. A complete AI scam.

Guys PLEASE PLEASE do NOT order from this site. I’ve been looking dresses for special occasion that’s coming up and saw one on there site, arrived 2 days ago and it’s nothing like there advertising online, the material is awful and being honest it’s cheap dirt, contacted them for a refund and they offered me 10% back I refused they then said 20% and 20% credit I said no they then said I could send at all cost (which was costing me £25 to return at my own cost) the dress cost me £45 and being honest it’s not worth £10..

The worst company I've ever ordered anything from, the product doesn't match the photo or description at all, the dress is disgusting, they don't want to give me a refund

Cheap Chinese products. I ordered the lilac floral dress & a two-piece trouser outfit. The dress does not fit true to size, was far too tight for an average size 10-12! This dress for be tight on an 8-10 person let along 10-12!! The dress does not hang like it does in the photos. It’s the same length all round so not as advertised! The two-piece arrived looking like a bag of rags & totally unacceptable! I asked for a full refund & they offered me 10% refund of purchase price without having to return the goods. If you insist on returning the goods it’s at a shipping cost to you back to somewhere in China & they state you have to pay customs charges too making it possibly just as expensive to send back!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOURE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! OVER INFLATED PRICES FOR CHEAP CRAP!!

A complete SCAM!!! The clothes are extremely poor quality and are clearly from China! They will also refused to refund the items as well. Avoid this website!!

If there was an option of 0 stars, I’d give it.
Do NOT use. Despite glossy website and clear promises this organisation should be avoided. Despite the offer of an easy returns policy it turns out they want you to return the item to China and only after this will they consider giving you any form of refund.
The item I purchased looks nothing like the item on the website. Thin material and very cheap looking.
Despite early indications that customer service was going to help, they actually offered several ‘deals’ including a 20% refund and I keep the item.
I will now pursue via my bank.

A complete scam, the item i received looked nothing like it did in the picture, I tried to return it and I would have had to ship it to China and wait until they revieved it before I recieved a refund after backwards and forwards with them they gave me a £14 refund on an item I paid £50 for and said I could keep the product, I wouldn't let a Rat sleep on this item it is awful, please don't buy from this company.

Total scamers send nothing similar to what I order,never received refund.

The dress I ordered was over £40 , but looks nothing like the photo. The quality us awful more like a £5 dress from Shein.

Total scam of a website! 10 emails back and forth not wanting to refund, their refund place you have to post to is in Asia. So longer to post to if your trying to return with in 30 days of receiving. Also took to long to come not from UK wear house so delays whole 30 only refund process. I ended up just getting 20% refund, dress do not look like photo. If I could leave 0 star I would! Awful site, dress i ordered looked nothing like the picture, it was so poorly made, Temu and Shein are miles better and a fraction of the price, do not be fooled by the pictures!
Advertised as being based in Europe, but shipped from China, avoid at all costs

It is a scam. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. They will only give 20% refund if I ship them back to China. So basically I've lost £90. It's disgusting that companies like these are not shut down, but then they will just re-name themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID
