Sadly like many other people I too was scammed buying counterfeit clothes which were advertised as woollen jumpers but actually T-shirts with printed pictures on. Wish I’d read reviews first and hope other people read these before they buy. I too waited over a month for them to arrive and then bounced emails back-at least they responded! Asked me to send back to China at a cost of £25 tracked, package sat in Chinese customs for 2 months, I contacted company and said I’d done everything asked and wanted my refund, they said they couldn’t refund until it was received back to their warehouse, I said they could just keep rejecting it so never send my refund back, after 3 months of stress I contacted my credit card company who immediately sent a dispute and I got the money back within 5 days! Then had email from company asking me what the issues were and if I could send photos lol, I politely! told them to look back over the dozens of emails and photos for the evidence. Checked my tracking this morning and miraculously it has set off to the warehouse. Total scam and dishonest company who are causing unnecessary stress to a lot of people. DO NOT BUY

The site and logo purports to be a London/UK based business (.co.uk domain, "London" in the title, established in 1999) but it is simply a vehicle to sell items out of a factory from China.
The reviews for each clothing item don't actually exist - the link doesn't take you to any real reviews of the items. The items take ages to arrive (they say 7-12 business days but mine took 1 month). The products are shocking quality, completely the wrong proportion sizes and not at all as described on the site in the images ("cozy jumper" had an IMAGE of knit rather than being a knitted jumper as inferred from the photo and wording).
The company basically refuse to refund you unless you send to their factory in China for which the consumer pays the postage.
I have lost so much personal confidence because at a time when I couldn't afford to lose money, I was tricked by them and when I tried to obtain a refund, the customer service team essentially make it impossible to do so without you incurring more cost.
I wish the regulator would close down this business as I have personally suffered from it and don't want others to.

Placed an order in November for a Christmas jumper, received end of January 😩 wouldn’t let me cancel my order in between. Wanted to return but they suggested I keep and order another item free, sounded reasonable but, I still haven’t received this even though they assured me it had been despatched. Refund requested, now no response to emails. Do not buy from this company

The item was not as described at all. The quality was cheap and tacky.
I asked for a return and refund to find out I would need to return to China.

They agreed to refund me 50% and I could keep the item (don’t want it).

4 months later no refund. They just send the same old rubbish email saying they’re looking into it and will ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible.

Awful.

Total scam! Never order from this company. Ships from a warehouse in China and clothes are cheap and low quality. They do everything not to accept returns and I am still waiting for a refund 4 months on. Avoid!!

Inferior goods , a scam and won’t give money back. Said will refund partially. Still waiting . Do t go near.

I stupidly never checked trust pilot

Complete scam. Ordered items which never arrived. After much chasing up, I eventually put in a dispute via PayPal. At this point, I was sent lots of very apologetic emails which promised they would refund me the full amount but could not do this while the dispute was open. Stupidly, I agreed, and now I'm here months later without the refund. Do not believe a single word they tell you, it's all excuses and lies. I've never written a review for a company before but this whole experience has been so unlike anything I've ever experienced before that I felt like I had to. I can't believe they're still allowed to trade when the whole company is just straight-up fraud.

It's a scam, plain and simple. After much chasing my sweater arrived and it was cheap and nasty and bore no resemblance to what I thought I'd get from the picture. Absolute waste of money.

DO NOT BUY!! I spent £143 in January and got completely conned! Items are not as advertised! PayPal have been less than helpful. Some clearly have lucked out and PayPal should check other disputes and stop trading with them. Unfortunately my claim was denied as I refused to spend silly amounts of money to send tracked back to china, especially after seeing how it doesn’t actually arrive. Tried my bank but it all has to go via PayPal.

Update to my last 2 reviews. Theyoffered refund for full amount if i sent back and paypal agreed it so I sent back at the cost of 26.00. 5 weeks later its still sat at chinese customs and hasnt been picked up as " oliver and rose' have to pay a fee. So today paypal have reviewed the case with links i added to these reviews, the website and all proof of postage and have they refunded the whole 69.99. Im 26 out of pocket but at least i got the original back. Alwaya use trust pilot to look at reviews before using a company youre not familiar with 🙏

This is a complete scam. Do not order from them. I ordered a jumper in December, they would not process a return to a UK address and I’m still waiting for a 30% refund. The reviews on their site are all positive but this just adds to the elaborate and believable scam.

Scammers, as soon as l ordered I didn’t receive the normal email confirmation so I checked the reviews. I soon realised I had been done over.
I emailed them within 2 hours of ordering to cancel my order and not to take my money.
The money was of course taken and 6 weeks on I still have no refund after every excuse known to man.
My bank are currently investigating for me and have been great,
Do not order from them.

I’ve written review previously but I just wanted to raise that I disputed the payment with PayPal which wasn’t agreed due to this corrupt company offering a full refund if I sent the items back to China. Which I refused to do as it would cost me more money which I was not prepared to do. So this is just a warning really that either PayPal have cottoned onto these issues or this company are offering a full refund knowing full well most people won’t send the tat back to them at a cost to the customer!

Not a UK based company. Selling cheap Chinese produced horrible clothing. No UK customer number and denying all UK based consumer rights.Do not buy from them.

If I could give a zero star rating then I would. Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible customer care; not London based, all shipped from China; no intention of refunding dissatisfied customers.

If only I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered from this company! Fortunately I only one item from them and didn't spend much money. But like every else who has written reviews, I have had an identical experience. Cheap shoddy clothes from China, impossible to return and get a refund. DO NOT BUY from them. It is a SCAM! They moral of the story is that if a deal is too good to be true, then it is and don't touch it with a barge pole.....

Really wish I’d looked at the reviews before I ordered a gorgeous looking coat.. delivery was fine but definitely wasn’t like the photo.. cheap fabric, different buttons and no belt loops for the belt! Tried to request a refund but they keep fobbing me off with a credit even though they are supposed to be closing down! How are they still trading?? A very expensive lesson learned!

SCAM! I too was taken in by their Instagram post about being a family-run, London based company having a closing down sale. I also believed the 'too good to be true' images on their website and placed my orders with eager anticipation. Advised my items were dispatched within 24 hours and having not received them 3 weeks later I emailed them to query delivery and ask for a refund if not despatched. I received a very polite response that my goods had been despatched but they would refund them if I cared to return them. Their email was sent at 3am UK time. Thankfully I'd paid on my Credit, not Debit card. Checking the reviews on Trust Pilot I reported Oliver and Rose London to my credit card company to request a refund. I also changed the delivery details on EVRI to collect from local pick up point with no intention of collecting them as if not collected within 10 days they are automatically returned to the vendor. THANK YOU TO ALL PREVIOUS REVIEWERS to highlight my gullibility. Lesson learned.
