Totally scammed. Received my 100% acrylic jumpers instead of 100% cashmere. DONT BUY FROM THEM. 6 weeks delivery too from China. Assume no recourse unless Facebook can help.

Bought what I thought was a wool Christmas jumper, from a company that claimed they were UK based, sent by Royal Mail and had good reviews. All fake.
Product came from China, took ages and looked nothing like the image on the website. A plasticy jumper with the woven design printed on it!
Was offered a petty refund as I wasn’t willing to pay again to return to China.
Opened a PayPal dispute and received a full refund, thankfully.
This company needs to be shut down.

Please can someone stop this company from trading as if they are an established shop in London or remove them from online.
Products are poor and they just offer ridiculous offers instead of a refund.. Then they just start the email chain again when you continue to complain

I want to give no stars. I ordered a jumper. which took ages to arrive. The jumper was such poor quality with no shape and the overall finish of it was awful. I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had exactly the same experience as another review regarding a Christmas jumper. Absolutely not what was advertised, plus bought a sherpa coat which was completely substandard. Have emailed numerous times and fobbed off each time. Returns are to China however they encouraged you not to return but offer 50% refund which never appears. ABSOLUTE SCAM!

As with everybody else, I received a horrible printed polyester jumper that bore very little resemblance to the knitted jumper on the website. I also complained and was offered a 30% refund or 50% of another item. I pushed again and was given a return address in China. I had paid for the item via PayPal and raised a dispute on the basis of false advertising, first with the seller then escalated to PayPal themselves, and just got confirmation that PayPal found in my favour and I'm getting a full refund. So definitely worth trying that route or your credit card company.

Do not say on their Returns policy that returns are to China at the customers cost. They advertise themselves as a London company. So you either keep the product whether you like it or not or pay huge post cost back to China.
Also received the product well after the delivery time stated.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - completely fraudulent company. I too fell for the lovely knitted Christmas tree jumper which when it arrived (5 weeks after ordering and after badgering what claims to be customer service repeatedly for shipping confirmation) it was a nasty nylon printed thing with no bearing to the image on the website. I’ve complained repeatedly and they’ve given me some obscure address in China to send the goods back to at my own expense. I very much doubt they will arrive and I will receive a refund. They offered me a free garment or 35% off my purchase price… absolutely cowboys and not to be trusted. 4 weeks on… still no money. Now disputing via my bank.

As others have said, this is a scam. They will send you the cheapest tat imaginable, and then offer all sorts of discounts etc. to avoid refunding. Then they offer a ‘full refund’ but you have to send the items tracked back to China at a cost of £50ish. They will continue to send you generic emails, presumably in the hope you will eventually give up. DONT give up.. report to PayPal, I just received a full refund by escalating the issue. PayPal closed the case in my favour very quickly.
Absolutely criminal, I certainly won’t be falling for scams like this again!

Avoid at all costs. Jumpers were not as advertised, I believe adverts to be a scam. They were so synthetic they crackled when moved!..
I've given up on trying for a refund, learnt a lesson though...

Absolute scam. A cheap polyester jumper with no label other than "made in China" arrived four weeks after my original order was placed.
Wouldn't pay £5 for it never mind the £35 I handed over. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Absolute scam. Ordered a knitwear jumper and got a long sleeved t shirt with the print of the jumper on. Communication is all soppy asking to wait for the order ect. I requested a refund a week after ordering as I had a feeling it was a scam. They hadn't sent the product and didn't until Jan 14th...I ordered it on the 23rd December!
I have reported to trading standards and my solicitor as its been such a waste of my time and I want a full refund.

I should have read the reviews for this company before I placed an order and not after! Nevertheless this is what I did and on reading the reviews I immediately cancelled my order. I had a very quick response telling me that my order had been cancelled and that a refund had been processed. I had been e-mailing almost daily for three weeks, always getting a pleasant response but no refund! They told me that my refund was in a queue, WHAT!!! Anyhow I've taken this up with my bank and I would strongly advice anybody to absolutely avoid this company.

Ordered 4 items in mid December, didn't receive an update on tracking until I chased at the end of December. Items were due to be delivered at the start of January, only to be told my address was incorrect, so they couldn't deliver. I contacted customer service and they promised to look into it. After 2 weeks of chasing, I requested a refund and miraculously they suddenly found information to claim they had been delivered 2 weeks ago.
SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Total scam. Order received 3 weeks after placing it, colours very strange. I have asked refund details. The quality is really poor. The packaging very flimsy. On some investigation I found the same jumpers, actually the same pictures on Shein, where the price is far less than what I paid. Hoping for a refund but not holding my breath. Reported to trading standards. Website terms show they are registered in Holland so not sure any of us have a recourse to them. Total scam website & company. Someone is making an awful lot of money.

I would have given zero stars but, the jumper I received is nothing like the one I ordered. Poor quality, completely different colour, it is a cheap Chinese made product. It also took 3 weeks to arrive. There is nothing British about this company. Do not order from them.

DON’T be taken in like me and do many others! Scam, I thought I was buying a knitted jumper and after 4 weeks received a cheap polyester printed top not worth £3 never mind the £34.95 I paid.
They have answered emails but like other people was told it’s due to Christmas but then I was suspicious whether tracking said cleared customs. It’s from China and after 4 more emails I have a return address in China. No refund until they receive the item back.
I won’t get caught out like this again.

Clothes are cheap and poorly made. Clearly a scam as the items took 4 weeks to arrive, therefore not a London company as claimed. Refused a refund and instead offered another item from their range (despite me being initially reeled in by their "closing down" sale) and therefore in breach of distance selling regulations. Avoid at all costs, wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing.

Placed our order,,, no delivery,,, no contact,,, tracking repeatedly says 'In Transit',,, should have read the revues before ordering,,, everyone says it's a SCAM,,, avoid this company or be prepared to lose your money or receive shoddy goods. The revues don't have one good word to say about this company.

Exactly the same as previous experiences with this company. My “jumper” arrived today almost a month since I ordered it and it is a sweat shirt style print- disgraceful quality and like others I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Never again.
