I would like to thank Alelei Umali in Customer Support for the excellent assistance given during my online purchase of a Halo Tall LED Light Bathroom Mirror (Shaver). I had many questions with regards to the specification of the mirror and Alelei was patient, polite and extremely helpful. When the mirror didn't arrive on the expected date, Alelei came to my assistance and liaised with the delivery company to ensure my mirror was expedited quickly after an unfortunate delay by the delivery company. I have great admiration for the Alelei's knowledge of the product and the lengths undertaken to assist me. The mirror is lovely.

I am a multiple purchaser from this co.
I've purchased four or five mirrors / mirrored cabinets in the last six months for my customers. All the products have been superb value for money since the quality is easily comparable with similar products from other brands which cost double even triple these.
Further, I had a little issue with the latest product entirely of my own making and it was sorted by JOBY AGUILERA with very little fuss and very much knowledge in a couple of days.

Great customer service and incredible quality
I am really pleased with the mirror cabinet I bought from lightmirrors.co.uk. I had a few questions during the purchase process and Alelei from Customer services responded promptly to my enquiries.
The cabinet is really good quality - a bit more expensive than some cheaper alternatives available on Amazon but you can really tell it's well made and it complies with UK electrical regulations. This company seems to trade through various different brand/company names but lightmirrors had the lowest prices.
The packaging was also pretty impressive - there's probably no risk of these things getting broken in transit which saves lots of messing around.
Overall I'm really impressed and will recommend them to others.

Lovely mirror and excellent customer service
The mirror is lovely and a good size. The sensor works well and has 2 colour options (cool and warm) for the backlight.
We did initially have a cracked mirror on delivery but the process to get this replaced was super easy and our contact Joby gave us regular updates on when the new one will be with us - which was super quick.
Great to see a small company putting the customer at the heart of their business and looking after them whilst producing quality products.

Bought the mirror and realised I needed it quick. Alelie moved heaven and earth to get it out to me in record time. Was up, fitted and working well in a matter of days, despite it being just before Christmas. The whole experience from start to finish was great. The quality of the frame behind the mirror which you can’t see at all, is a bit rough but makes no difference to the functionality or aesthetic appearance of the mirror. It hung square and looks fantastic.

The mirror is fantastic
The mirror is fantastic. It looks great in our bathroom. The sensor to turn on the light works perfectly as does the shaving socket. It was also easy to put up and wire in.

Bad customer service
Received a mirror from them. Nightmare from beginning to end. Delayed delivery. Unpacked the item and was shocked at the quality. For a large mirror, it had no backing board. Just a mirror and a frame. Frame looked cheap and was poorly made. Looked very handmade with pencil marks all over the back of the glass. Requested a return due to poor quality and no backing board. Had to pay the postage fee of £13.30 despite it being their issue. Then they've deducted £15 from the refund as a restocking fee. Disgusted. I've lost out on £28.30 & have nothing. The website should have informed me that it had no backing board. Need to review their product quality too. Won't buy from them again!

The mirror model you purchased is an ultra-slim design with a profile of less than 20mm, which we have ensured maintains both a slim profile and structural integrity for wall mounting. We clearly state on our website that if the product does not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving the unit.
Regarding your return, as per our policy, there is a £45.00 non-negotiable re-stocking fee for custom upgraded items. However, in your case, we only deducted £15.00, which was in your favor. We understand your frustration with the postage fee and the overall experience.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.
