I thought a had a problem with my mirror but it was me not mounting it correctly, any contacted Light mirrors they were on the ball I mean that literally wow what a service Solomon went through with everything, and Low and behold I had mounted mirror to low for the sensor, with Solomon’s help working perfectly.

Appears to be a fake site
After reading the reviews before purchasing I researched the websites address which appears fake: Address: Penleigh Mill Farm Fairwood Road, Dilton Marsh, Westbury, England, BA13 3SN.
If you look up the address it is a house, value £1.7m, and is up for sale.
Thery also seem to have another address at Enterprise House Ocean Village Southampton United Kingdom SO14 3XB?
If you call the number 01395331645 there is no answer...
I was going to buy but have now decided not too.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company! This is the same company as Illuminated Mirrors and if you check their reviews they are also terrible. I assume they have so many and reviews they opened another company. Please note as well this is not a UK company even though they claim to be. Customer service is non-existent and off-shored.
I purchased a mirror which arrived broken. The packaging was awful (it looked like a child had wrapped it up). Also, the courier threw it down the side of my house (it was meant to be signed for).
I filled in a form online for a refund and for them to pick the mirror up. They emailed me asking for photos, claiming they couldn't open the one I sent online. Almost a week has gone by and it still hasn't been resolved. Each time I call they claim it is with the 'head technician' who is reviewing this very complex situation. I'm not sure how long it takes to review a photo of a broken mirror but I think this company is going for the world record! Please do not purchase anything from them - they should be shut down for lying!

Lights failing, mirror corroding
The lights in the mirror started to turn yellow one by one over a few months. The mirror has also started to corrode around the edge. Looks like they use cheap electronics in the mirrors and sloppily constructed.

Responsive Customer Service
I bought 2 mirrors about 2 years ago. They have worked flawlessly until one of the shaving transformers failed recently. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly. I had to complete a warranty claim form, but it was very straightforward. I just wanted the spare part and had the repair done locally because of the environmental impact of having to replace an entire mirror. They sent the part I needed via courier within 48 hours. Couldn't have asked for more and still loving the mirrors.

A complete scam
A complete scam, they take your money and there it ends. No acknowledgement of order, no communication other than a read receipt for an email sent cancelling and requesting a refund. The name on their PayPal account does not belong to their business, when I spoke to that business it was clear that they get a lot of calls for these crooks

Suspect this is a fraudulent company. Exactly same experience as many below - ordered mirror w. next-day delivery, money left my acct, last I've heard from LightMirrors.co.uk. Have left phone messages, when possible (almost always get pre-recorded "This mailbox is full. Goodbye.") and several emails, but no reply, ever. Just managed miraculously to reach somebody at an alternate number I found, said she was working from home, was "just the Overflow Manager" and couldn't access order info. I asked for refund & she hung up on me. Definitely, absolutely avoid. Have formally reported as fraud/scam to my bank.

upon online payment
I placed an on-line order using my android upon payment stage the browser froze while refreshing the payment process was lost.
since I received no email confirmation of the order, I assumed the order didn't go through! therefore I placed another order.
I noticed two payments were taken out of my account so I chased it up by phone to customer services and specify mentioning It’s next day delivery so I don't want to end up with two mirrors, she confirmed the message will be marked URGENT, I also explained the situation followed by an email after ending the call with them. So I have written evidence.
The following day I had received a response stating the order couldn't be stopped in time, in order for them to arrange collection for refund I would have to pay £25 to insure breakage.
I don't understand how is that customer's problem the fact company failed to deliver information on time so the order doesn't leave the warehouse for next day delivery.
I sent them an email refusing to pay and saying it’s not my problem the information wasn't delivered on time.
Later on another email came through advising that they will be arranging date and time for collection. In my personal experience, I would avoid using such companies.
I would understand the circumstances if there wasn’t enough notice provided but it was discussed on phone and confirmed by email.
I am still awaiting for someone to call me. I have not heard anything back. It doesn't look like I will
