Jamie and his team at Illuminated Mirrors did a superb job with our bespoke large mirrors, which look amazing and give us extra valuable storage. It took a bit of waiting but all good things take time as they say, and these mirrors are just fantastic in and out. Came with great chat and professional installation. Could not recommend highly enough, if you can be patient.

Absolutely delighted with two backlit mirrors for our bathroom and cloakroom. They look fabulous. The customer service from the MD Jamie, to customer service staff is the best I’ve ever encountered.

I am extremely pleased with the two Julius demist cabinets. They're really well built, look stylish too and are extremely functional. And furthermore they're competitively priced, in fact almost half the price of some bigger names for much the same product. I had a mishap while redecorating and had to replace two of the doors. Alelei was quick to respond and was able to produce some replacements in very quick time and again at a reasonable price. In fact the after sales service was as good as it gets, so thank you Alelei. In summary it has been great dealing with Illuminated Mirrors and I'm very happy with the product.

The customer service was exceptional and Alelei keeping me informed, my mirror arrived on time and packed very well. My electrician fitted the mirror, it looks amazing and I'm so delighted with it, it's made my new bathroom look very luxurious. I am so pleased, looks fabulous with the light on too.

I ordered a mirror on the "Light Mirrors" website, which should've been delivered on Tuesday (5/5/2026). I got an email on Tuesday, saying there were delays, and it wouldn't be delivered for another week or so. I contacted the company to cancel the order as my bathroom fitter was finishing this week. I then ordered a mirror from "Illuminated Mirrors" thinking it was a different company, which should've arrived on Thursday. On Thursday, I received the same email to say there were delays and it wouldn't be delivered on time. In both cases there should be a warning on the websites to accurately reflect expected delivery times, and in both cases they could've emailed me sooner than the delivery date to advise of delays. I'm now going to have to pay extra for my fitter to come back. I asked for compensation but they refused.

Wow! So impressed with this company! Amazing customer service throughout the whole process which made ordering reassuring and secure for a high value purchase. The item was despatched on the date they promised and delivered the next day. This was solely down to Alelei who I cannot recommend highly enough for her excellent customer service and professionalism. She is a wonderful asset to this company - thank you so much Alelei!

Mirror took longer than anticipated for delivery but I was happy to wait.The customer service agent that dealt with me kept me up to date chasing the order to make sure it was delivered by the date I needed it. The illuminated demisted mirror is of excellent quality and was delivered on the exact date given. It works well and looks great. The technical support before purchase was first class and helped me obtain a mirror to suit my needs. I also required after sales support regarding the best way of operating the features on the mirror. The after sales service provided by Joby was also first class and answered all my queries with clear concise information. I would highly recommend this company.

I wasn't able to pay for my bathroom cabinet online due to a glitch on the website, but Joby promptly raised a proforma invoice for me and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase until it arrived safely. I am very pleased with my cabinet, excellent quality.

We needed the mirror when originally scheduled as fitters on site, order was delayed but Joby in customer service did a great job of hurrying things along so it arrived before they left the site. Thanks for the effort.

Emailed on the date at 15:00 it was meant to be delivered (a Friday) to say it was going to be another 3 weeks, after an annoyed emailed got told it would be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery. Ended up emailing the MD on the for his intervention on the Wednesday, ended up being a week late and me chasing them. Cost me money to return to site to install. However brilliant products

Excellent well made products. I had my first cabinet over ten years ago. Eventually the wire between the cabinet and door broke so bought another.
Really pleased to see that they have now done away with the this wire on latest models, with the electrical connection made through the hinges! Really clever.
Excellent customer service too. What more could you ask for.

Can't fault anything on the cabinet. The cabinet is well made, strong and sturdy. It was also easy to fit.
