The replacement for a lost package arrived quickly and was offered without hesitation. Purchase was only marred by the loss of the initial delivery then an expectation for the customer to chase the lost package with the delivery company instead of the Groovd company. When arrived the product was good and I thoroughly recommend these books

Solved my issue promptly and satisfactory.

The products are wonderful and my kids love them. I had an issue with an unknown order and the team corrected very quickly. They were easy to contact and kept me updated at every step.

People responded when i thought my package was stolen.

Replying to my enquiries is always timely. I kept checking to see when my parcel would arrive and tge reply was always timely.
